Disastrous experience with this window cleaning company. A crew of 3 window cleaners was sent out, but only 1 person had any experience and knew what he was doing. It was the first day on the job for another worker who had NO idea what he was doing and was causing more harm than good. On the day the job was done, when I texted and emailed the owner, Rick, whom I had scheduled the job with, he was unavailable because he lives in Texas now and had no service in the mountains. The crew left without completing the job as they had other jobs to do that day and were running g late. When the owner did email me back a few days later, he told me that the window cleaner would come out again to finish what we needed, but failed to communicate with me at all. I would not recommend using this company due to the poor response from management.

I have utilized this firm for multiple years. Fantastic and major services for my Big house- upstairs and downstairs windows. And They clean the windows - inside and outside ASAP. I highly recommend them.

The guys did a great job. My home is 3 stories with some tricky oblique windows and several sunroofs. They look awesome inside and out.

This is my first ever window cleaning company I hired, and they did a great job getting my dusty new construction home look like a brand new home!
Rick, the owner is very honest and quick in response and his guys showed up on time and did exactly what's on the contact. They even came back a couple of days later and took care of an area that I didn't like after the first cleaning. I must give them an A+ for that. Will definitely use their service again and highly recommended for others looking for a responsible company and can have a peace of mind.
