JCA window cleaning does such a wonderful job! I just had my windows and screens cleaned and they are so clean it doesn’t even look like we have screens. They arrived on time and did an awesome job. I have used them before and will continue. I highly recommend JCA for your windows and screens cleaning service.

A must for any household with kids! The JCA crew was exceptional. We had the Blue Team, and they were incredibly friendly, hardworking, and experienced. They meticulously cleaned our entire exterior, from outdoor toys to windows, skylights, gutters, walls, and fences—like a car wash for the house! Living in Manhattan Beach, it’s essential to keep outdoor areas clean for the kids, and JCA delivered. The house looks incredible! I’ll definitely be scheduling an exterior cleaning with them at least every six months...

I’ve had this company clean my windows three times now. Each time they’ve done a great job! I additionally want to note that they've been on time, friendly, easy to work with, and if they miss a spot, they don’t mind me pointing it out (I’m not trying to be super scrutinous or picky lol!) so that they can take care of it promptly.. I have used JCA for a number of years and they have consistently been very good.... they show up on time! They do nice work and their rates are reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have a 4 level house in the Hollywood Hills with windows that are not easily accessible and they have the right equipment and skills to take care of them. Five stars!

I’ve been using JCA for power washing for 3 years. They do an amazing job at attractive pricing. They are a family business who takes pride in their work and care in doing the job right. I highly recommend JCA Window Cleaning. We have a very old house that hasn’t had its windows, window sills and sliding glass doors cleaned in over a year. They even cleaned the garage door windows! One guy cleaned the interior and another guy cleaned the exterior windows and sills and screens and were very professional and did an excellent job!

As a Real Estate agent, and perfectionist for bringing properties to be show ready, I have used JCA on 5 different occasions, all of which I was very pleased with their work. They are very communicative, do a great job, and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend their services.

I contacted JCA about cleaning my windows and set up an appointment. Julio sent me an email and said they could come Tuesday, 7/29 between 1:30 to 2:00 pm. I asked him to book it and he sent a confirming email for the appointment. I gave him the job address, my phone number and email address.
Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and no one showed up or contacted me. Haven't hear from them since. I contacted another company, they came out the following day, gave me an estimate and then did the work the day after that.
I hate to leave a negative review against all the glowing reviews JCA has but I felt I should relate my experience.

I contacted JCA around 7 pm last night. They arrived this morning at 10 am and within no time my moldy skylights that one could hardly see through were spotless and beautiful again. So professional and the crew took great care and pride in their work. I would highly recommend JCA & would not hesitate calling on them again for window cleaning. I’m not easily impressed but JCA was superb!

The JCA team was communicative, flexible, efficient, and surprisingly quiet! They all worked hard and cleaned thoroughly, even asking us to approve their work before they left. Only minor complaint is that they left our front door open for about 20 minutes (this may be a necessary part of the job, I'm not sure), and a few flies got in that we had to kill after the fact. But that's only a minor inconvenience. I recommend JCA!

On time every time. Even a tad early some days. Respectful of property. Replaces items that need to be moved. Works quickly and efficiently. On one occasion, the team damaged a personal possession of mine. When I showed the employee before he left, he immediately contacted the main office It was quickly and kindly handled immediately and I was provided a replacement the same day. Incredible service in this day and age!
