Sosa Cleaning did an awesome job! They cleaned every surface of the apartment from the floor molding to ceiling including every shelf and all the stuff on them. They even cleaned each spice jar on the spice shelf, pulled out the stove and got behind there, and cleaned the windows and screens. It could not have been a more thorough job. Carlos is super nice. I appreciated the fact that he did an assessment in advance so there would be no surprises with what was serviced and for how much money. I would highly recommend them.

Carlos and his team were fantastic. We were introduced to them by our contractor after a remodel and they came in and made the place spotless. They were detail oriented and thorough making sure all the dust, debris from construction was taken care of. Highly recommend.

I love this company. Carlos and his team are great at what they do. They are very reliable. ALWAYS on time. Very responsive and my house looks and feels great! Sosa house cleaning is a great value. With so many companies claiming to “specialize” in housekeeping, unfortunately, many have left me wishing I just did it myself. That was until we found “Sosa Cleaning”, the best house cleaning crew in LA! 🙏🏼 Carlos and his team show up right on time, always very kind and polite. They bring everything they need to get the job done. I love that they are a family owned and operated professional deep cleaning company. Sosa specializes in detail cleaning, using non-toxic products. My fav is the sweet green apple smell.🤗🍏 Carlos and his team strive to go above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend giving them a try!!

Sosa House Cleaning came for the first time today. My house is spotless now; the cleaners that came were friendly and did a wonderful job. The kitchen in particular looks brand new. The only downside is that now I don't want to cook for fear of getting it dirty! I look forward to continuing with Sosa House Cleaning monthly.

So professional and organized! Carlos is so thorough and communicative about the process and what to expect. They did a great job at cleaning my bosses 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house. They were efficient and sooo detailed and were done right on time! Love love love sosa house cleaning! :)

Carlos and his team cleaned our house after an extensive remodel. There was plaster dust on every surface and the house was filthy after months of work. After they were finished the house looked brand new! Everything was clean and sparkling and I had no reservations about moving my family back in. Carlos and his team were professional, kind, and very hardworking. I highly recommend them!

We had guests coming in 2 hours and the newly renovated home was still in disarray with dishes, cardboard boxes, rags, cleaning supplies, debris and trash all over. Then Carlos showed up with another fine lady and they washed all the dishes pots,pans, got the new stuff out of boxes and cleaned, got the house into order and they were so efficient, quick and knew what the hospitality business is all about. Liz (Llerania) and Andrea are amazing! I’ve been through a couple of cleaners this year, and no one gave me that true “wow, the house is spotless” feeling until them. They’re super efficient, hardworking, and have such great attitudes — plus they’re really careful with my things.

They bring all their own supplies (no hassle for me), and they actually mop — none of that quick Swiffer stuff. With two of them, everything gets done faster and to a higher standard. Honestly, for the price, the quality is incredible. Total bargain for how thorough and professional they are. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Worst house cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. I hired them specifically for post-renovation deep cleaning before moving into my new home. I was extremely explicit and clear during the phone call when I booked them about the two main things I was looking for- the vents and the kitchen cabinets where dust settles since the renovation work would have kicked up a lot of dust that may not be immediately visible to the eye. Over the phone, the receptionist repeatedly reassured me that this is what they specialize in. They charged $475 for this service, which is 3x more than I pay for my normal house cleaner but I thought it would be worth it since they promised to do a through vent cleaning with professional equipment. Almost $500 for a total waste of time. The home was already clean and empty, they just needed to get the fine dust out.

Well I got to see my new home two days after the cleaning was completed. I’m really not sure what the team did for four hours. When I touched the cabinets, my hands were pure white like I had rubbed chalk on them. I should have checked the vents then too. On the day they arrived, my husband clearly pointed out the specific vent to pay most attention to. Now that we are moved in, my husband noticed that the vent has not even been touched at all and is still filthy.

The good thing is that when I called, the owner was apologetic and immediately scheduled a follow up cleaning for the next day.

After they were done, they asked me to check their work. The very first kitchen drawer I checked, my hand came away CAKED with chalky dust again. The cleaner did not even apologize and just said “oh” and briefly wiped it. This gave me a glimpse into how they treated the entire cleaning.

This company is overpriced and unless you are at the home literally supervising their work, I would not trust them to do a decent job. This was a complete waste of time and added a huge amount of stress during a stressful move.

I’ve asked for a $100 refund and am waiting a response. Let’s hope the company does the right thing.

I didn’t happen to get the name of the guy that came out but he was very fast at replying to my message of request of services. He gave a price and that is what it was. He was fast to come out and get the work done. Very professional and I would definitely hire him again and recommend.

Just had my master bathroom remodeled by this company. I’m very impressed with the attention to detail as well as how smooth it went from demolition to completion. The owner of the company was very honest and suggested a more cost saving alternative to what I originally had in mind for the back tile and it came out looking great I will definitely use them again for my next project!
