They did a great job removing a 30ft Palm tree from our hillside. They made sure to not damage any plants or wall and did a great job cleaning up.

Jesus' team removed a large pine tree in just a few hours, cleaned up well. They were careful with the fencing, the quote was fair and they were on time. Would use them again.

My backyard became an unmanageable and termite destroyed tree lot, riddled with scrub grass and weeds. I figured I would start from scratch and remove the problems. Higuera's Tree Service was my first call based on Yelp reviews. Upon meeting Mr. Higuera and describing what I wanted and listening to him, I hired him on the spot without hesitation. He set a start time for 7am. Luis Higuera and crew arrived at 6:55am and wasted no time starting the work. The cleanup was thorough and efficient. Wish I had more trees and weeds just to have them back. Excellent work and would recommend to anyone.

Higuera Tree Care and his team were awesome. We have had other tree companies before and nothing compares to the Higuera Tree Care companly. Higuera came out and gave us a quote and called back in 30 minutes and his team was able to come out and get the job done within the hour. Higuera was very knowledgeable, professional and explained exactly what was needed to be done to pass the fire marshal inspection and maintenance of our pine tree.
The team did an excellent job. They went above and beyond in not only cleaning up their mess but raked up all the dead pine needles in our front yard. Our front yard and tree looks great. Very reasonable price and we would hire and recommend this company to our friends.

My contractor chose Higuera’s tree service to remove two very large trees that were planted too close to the house some 60+ years ago. I was very impressed with the entire team’s professional and careful work, and watched as they dropped both trees with skill and control, with no collateral damage to the house or landscaping. Hernan Higuera Sr. and Hernan Jr. communicated clearly about what would be done and how long it would take. Special mention goes to Martin, who spent most of his time up in the trees, carefully roping and cutting limb by limb with assistance from the team on the ground, until at last he felled the trunk. If I ever need a tree trimmed or removed again, I will call Higuera.

Higuera’s was not only on time but they were early. They did a amazing job top to bottom. I had a large branch break off several months ago and with the trimming I’m told we could save the remaining branch.
Everything was cleaned up afterwards and it looked better than when my landscapers come.

Luis's team was very efficient at cutting down multiple palm trees. The team showed up at the scheduled time and got straight to work. Even though there was a non operational car next to the trees, the car stayed safe from all trees. After they ground the palm stumps, I couldn't even tell where the trees used to be.

I liked how professional Luis was. Of the company representatives that I spoke to, Higuera's was the only one that actually showed up on time. Luis was polite and was able to schedule me in relatively quickly. Higuera's prices were also competitive with other tree felling companies.

I almost wish I had more trees to get rid of because Higuera's Tree Service was a great choice for getting the job done. I highly recommend them!

We had Luis and his team come out to trim our canary date palm several times over the years since moving to La Mesa and were continually impressed with their professionalism, service and price compared to other quoted we received. Unfortunately our tree succumbed to the dreaded South American Palm Weaveil and had to be taken down completely and once again they did an amazing job and at a fraction of the cost. There was even a small mishap in which a wayward palm chunk flew down the hill and did some damage to a shed door, but they were quick to report it, and replace it as if nothing had happened. We would recommend Luis' company in a heartbeat. While we no longer have the beautiful palm, we will certainly look for other opportunities to continue using and recommending Luis and his company in the future.

I've always been told Palm Tree Service is specialized and I found out it's true! I found "my guy": I'm not only going to hire Jesus and his crew again for our next service, but as a Residential REALTOR® with Big Block Realty, I'll be recommending Jesus Higuera Tree Service to all my clients and friends.
