I called Charles Tree Service and Spoke to Charles directly to set an appointment for a free estimate. He never showed up or called me on the day of my free estimate. Very Unprofessional

Was in contact with him for 3 or more weeks I had to track him down ? Never called or texted right away. I had a party coming up and he kept saying next week and then I never got a call or text on when that would be ! He promised me to come out to do my 1 and only palm tree witch I do every year . Now 2 days untill party and no calls all week or text on when he would be doing it ????? I don’t like chasing down people to work for me . I own 2 business and would never do that ! I found someone great to take care of my tree In 2 days of talking .

Charles and his assistant did a wonderful job trimming the overgrown fig tree in my back yard. I called them this morning and they arrived this afternoon. They were reasonably priced and efficent. Big thumbs up!

Charles us prompt, and provides great service. He and his crew showed up to remove two trees, they took all of the clippings, and grinded out the tree trunks in less than 2hrs.

Charle’s crew were awesome. They arrived at my house removed two trees, any remainder stumps/ roots were grinded down. They cleaned up any loose debris. I would recommend his service anyone.

Charles and his crew did such a good job cutting down a few 60ft pines in our backyard, making sure that all the homes around were safe and cleaned up when they were done.

Charles and his team helped us with a couple of pepper trees and an avocado tree. They were prompt, made really fast work of the three trees, and cleaned everything up before they left. Can't say enough about Charles and his crew, and we will absolutely use them again!

Called in the morning to remove a large tree, trim another large tree, and remove a brush pile. Crew finished both projects that afternoon. Cleaned up the yard nicely for a reasonable price!

Charles Tree Service was doing a job in my neighborhood today. I could see they had a lot of workers and first-rate equipment, including a cherry picker. Since I needed a couple of trees trimmed, I talked to a foreman and then to Charles and, on short notice, they did my jobs an hour or so later. The small job was a palm in my back yard, and the big job was a 60-year-old Chinese Elm in the front. Charles and Forest, his foreman, clearly were very knowledgeable and immediately noted that we'd had a variety of types of trimming/pruning in the past and that a "lacing" was most appropriate. The bottom line is that our tree has never looked better. Many previous work on the elm took about an hour. Charles Tree Service spent more than two hours. Toward the end, I realized someone was on the roof blowing leaves off the roof and out of the gutters. This is a first-class operation.

I had a huge job of dry tree removal from my yard.

I left them a vm.
Then Charles called back.

I then texted the address and they looked at my job and gave me a fair price. We scheduled and they showed up and go it done in no time.

They even swept up after their job and I couldn't be happier.

He is has a great work crew, great service and communication. We had a lot of breakable pavers and he cut 3 huge trees and didn’t break a thing also did a great job stump grinding! Best price around! Definitely recommend Charles!

Charles was extremely helpful and very courteous in the removal of a very annoying, massive queen palm that was in my front yard. Excellent pricing too. Will definitely be using Charles for all of our other tree needs. It's nice to know there are still people in the service world as friendly as he is.

I had a large elm tree come down last night and completely block the entrance to our granny flat in the backyard (luckily no one was trapped inside) I was leaving early morning messages for emergency tree removal left and right and Charles got back to me before business hours even opened and by 9:45 am the same day, they had chopped and chipped the tree and were done!! They are very affordable and didn't take advantage or my emergency type situation. Would recommend to every homeowner with a tree on their property!

Excellent Service! I called Charles on a Saturday for a quote and he came out (in the rain) and gave me a very fair price. We scheduled the removal for my 65ft Mexican Palm on the next Monday and, once again, he came out in the rain, and had it removed by the time I came home. I would use his service again and definitely refer him!

Affordable and professional. Would absolutely recommend. We had a large dead olive tree removed and a large tree that had thick branches hanging over into the neighbors yard. I thought I was going to have to coordinate with the neighbors but with their skills not a single branch fell over into my neighbor's yard as they removed the tree. And they even cut some small pieces and set them aside for us to have good burning firewood. Very nice boss and team!

Charles and his crew were on time efficient and did an amazing job with my palm trees and my Chinese elm. They were the most competitive from a pricing standpoint and his communication was fast and professional. My wife and I will be using them for any future tree needs without a doubt!

Charles Tree Service and the crew did an outstanding job. Removed my unsightly hedges and fan palm, trimmed my two remaining trees and grinded the stumps. Great price too and I highly recommend this company.

This is the third time that Charles Tree Service has come to our home. I can't say enough about the job Charles and his crew did! This time, it was pretty technical and involved cutting back a densely branched olive tree that is situated close to live power lines. Charles and another member of his team climbed the tree, made the cuts and ensured that all limbs and branches were cut back safely while preserving the shape and integrity of the large tree. Two carrot wood trees were also trimmed way back with extensive remedial trimming to help ensure that they will grow back properly with a healthy and attractive shape and structure. The friendly crew cleared all the debris and like magic....everything was ground in their tree shredder and they left my yard cleaner and looking much better than when they arrived with the job completed in just a few hours. Charles and his team of highly skilled professionals really know their stuff. They are experts in the trade and my "Go To" tree service forever!
