I only wanted an exterior motion sensor light replaced and then the service rep wanted to look inside the house electrical panel and said it was not to code and needed to be replaced. I had it inspected previously by a licensed electrician and all seemed correct. I am going to get a 2nd opinion to determine if what it there is functioning safely.

Technician David was on time, friendly and extremly knowledgable. He checked the main electrical panel and the plugs/GFI outlets throughout. Explained all findings, options, etc in detail. Excellent service!!!!!

Jake went above and beyond with our Electrical Safety Check and took his time to thoroughly answer our questions and concerns. He gave suggestions without up-selling. Very appreciative!

I had requested a scheduled visit to have a 240 outlet installed for my next water heater. I currently have gas, and this past summer I had solar installed, trying to migrate to all electric home. I had not selected my heater yet, Robert told me different models have different electrical requirements. He waived the visitation fee, and once I selected the water hearer I want they will come on back to access. Great company to do work with!

I had Service Champions replace my electric panel. I am very happy with with the work Armando and Jesus did. They arrived on time, were courteous, respectful and answered my questions. This was an expense I was prepared for because about 11 years ago my HOA informed owners about the late model Challenger panels posing a possible fire hazard due to a design flaw. I preferred to expend the funds now than deal with the expense and dangers of a fire!

Michael arrived on time and we discussed the problem. He had ladder & tools to access the attic and survey the issue. He showed us the unfuctioning fan & light control. He was friendly, explained everything, and left pictures and the estimate for further work. Very satisfied.

We had a new DB panel installed by Service Champions. For a start it was a high quality Siemens panel. This will surely outlast me. The entire job took just over 4 hours. Great job! Commendable.

Alan is very a professional and friendly communicator. He checked my electrical plugs and panels to understand what I need for the electrical rewiring project.

However, the quote was much higher than what I expected. I know it’s not what he can decide. I hope much flexibility in the pricing during further discussion with him again.

Johnny arrived on time. Took the time to discuss all the services that were available to help with managing the maintenance on my HVAC, fuse box, and plumbing in my home. Also, showed me the error I made installing the dimmer switch. He was highly skilled and very knowledgeable. Truly impressive!!
