I had an annual electrical assessment conducted on my home by Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and educated me on various potential electrical items that were not to code. He was very cordial and had a great personality that made the service appointment very enjoyable.

The service was great, but I was left wondering when the techs would arrive. The software on arrival times was strange. First told me 12 pm, then 9 am, then on his way, but from where? How long does it take to get to me? Turns out he was coming from Dublin, a bit far. I've been spoiled by other companies' arrival time software!
Also, I haven't received a copy of my receipt, which was to be emailed.

Our technician, Alan, was very professional when troubleshooting our problem with a GFCI outlet that wouldn’t reset. We appreciated his thoroughness in listening to our issues and determining the best solution after checking a few different possible reasons. We were satisfied with the repair.

The service crew did fantastic work and were perfectly professional and courteous. The work was done faster than expected, and the new breaker box they installed, including all the cabling behind it looks like a work of art. They documented every single outlet, light, and appliance in the house and mapped it to each breaker assignment. Multiple details showed they went above and beyond in the course of their work.

This box of wires is brand new from a solar project that is currently in the works and because of an issue now with my electricity and the unwillingness of the solar company to fix it correctly I had to call an independent electrician so that I could find out what it is that they have done.

As soon as the technician opened up the little box I could tell by his reaction and I also noted and that that was an issue. He found one group of wires in that mess that had tape on it not a cap. In the new circuit breaker box area he found a loose wire that was not connected to anything and had no tape or cap on it.

Although those things were not the cause of the issue that I'm having he fixed those wires by capping them correctly for me.

I would highly recommend them because they have generations of work experience and employees need to pass an extensive background check +...

This was my first time using Service Champions. David came on time. That is always a good sign. He was professional, personable, and changed out some non-working receptacles. The charge was very reasonable and he went above and beyond checking out all of the receptacles...even going under the house.

Electrician David L. arrived on time, was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everything was clean and tested before leaving. This is my first time using Service Champions and I’m very happy with their service. I highly recommend it!
