I needed an inspection of older wiring for renewal of my home insurance policy and Golden Electrical Services was fantastic and able to help with everything I needed. Chris sent an update the morning of with an ETA, arrived on time, completed the work that was needed, and emailed my inspection report and photos the same day. They were able to schedule me within a week of reaching out, had great communication, and I will absolutely use them again in the future.

Chris promptly scheduled my appointment to address an electrical issue and quickly troubleshot the problem, arranging for the service crew to handle the repair. Used Golden Electrical to replace an electrical panel for my air conditioner. The service person (wish I remembered his name) arrived slightly early, was polite , and explained exactly what needed to be done. The work was done within an hour. He cleaned up everything after he was finished and put anything moved back in its place. The cost of the repair was so much less than other estimates I was originally concerned. However, after the work was concluded, with a warranty, I won’t be calling anyone else ifI need electrical work done in my house.

With problems that we created on ourselves with California governors mandates, we had to update our subpanel. Of the three quotes that I got, Golden electrical Services was right in the middle, but what distinguished them from the other two quotes was their knowledge and ability to answer stupid questions. Their competitors were annoyed by my questions. I really got a sense that they wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with what I was paying for!

We requested four bids for a one day job to replace the PG&E connection to the house. Golden came out quickly and gave a much better price than everyone else by limiting the scope to just what had to be done. They were knowledgeable about the work and flexible on scheduling the job, which required PG&E and the city to sign off before power was restored. After the job was completed we were doing other work on the roof and became worried about the water-tightness of the Golden work. Golden didn't hesitate to come out again and address our concerns. We recommend Golden if you want a responsive electrician at a fair price who is conscientious about customer satisfaction.

Call Golden Electrical FIRST!!! They redid a SPAN breaker panel installation that had been poorly done by another electrical contractor and did it the way it should have been done in the first place, and they did it well. They have given me a very competitive bid on a power upgrade for our house and I look forward to continuing to work with them.

Fantastic! I called with a bad fuse box in my main panel that had my dryer and EV charging down. Chatted, sent them a picture of the old box, and they gave me a quote over text so I knew what to expect - then came earlier than estimated to fix it. Excellent, honest service.

Jesus, Chris, Darrin and the rest of the team were a pleasure to work with. They moved and put in new outlets for us, and they did great work. We contacted them mid-December, and the work was completed on 12/27. My brain ceases to function between Christmas and New Years, so it’s incredible to find a company that was so responsive and professional during that time. The outlets were moved, drywall patched, and walls painted in record time, ahead of our new cabinet install. We’d definitely rely on them for any electrical needs we have in the future.
