Tim Agront the service tech was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to correct some discovered problems with our electrical system and the resulting cost, which seemed reasonable though more than expected initially. Evan Ruenz and Matthew Humphrey did excellent work: on time, efficient, minimum holes in the wall (for new wiring), and very thorough cleanup. All much appreciated by us.

I recently had an EV charger installed at my house , and I couldn't be happier with the results. Damell, the technician that did the work did an outstanding job— looks fantastic! He was friendly, tidy, and punctual, always arriving at the promised time..His organization and attention to detail was impressive. Highly recommended!

Really great experience with 5orFree. They were straight up with me, no hidden surprises and they really do stand by their guarantee and quality of work with a crazy 17 year warranty. I also thought their price was reasonable. Tomas, our electrician was friendly and very communicative, explaining everything as he progressed through the work. There was an unexpected surprise with our project but they stuck with their promise and completed it without any extra charges.

Quick response. Hardworking personnel completed job well. No problems. Would use again. I wish I could remember all names to recognize; there was Isaac who, with an assistant, replaced the breaker box, an all-day job in hot weather. And the employee who knew how to do tile and did a great job. All staff informative and helpful.

Service was fine but prices are insane. Was charged almost $400 to for someone to replace 1 fuse which costs maybe $20 at home depot.

Wouldn't use this company again, id look for a smaller company with better pricing next time.

Had been experiencing intermittent outages in certain parts of our home, so decided it was time to upgrade the electrical panel to meet current code/standards.
Christian and Oscar did an amazing job with this upgrade, which required relocation of the panel from the old location (in the pantry) to the garage. Not only did Christian figure out a routing for the wiring that would minimize the need to cut into existing sheet rock, but the end result demonstrated his dedication to his craft. The new panel is a piece of art!
Both he and Oscar worked diligently for over ten hours, as the job also involved replacing old switches, outlets and a ceiling fan.
We couldn't be happier with the team's work and the end result. Glad we made the investment and found the right company for the job.

We had a great experience. The price was of course the best to upgrade our outdated and dangerous old sub panel. The employees were very prompt and professional. And finally we were able to get our sub panel permitted quickly after the 6 month estimated wait time. Eric was the helpful electrician who came out during the permitting process and noticed we needed a barrier put in to cover some wires. We completely forgot about it when he returned two days later ready to complete the task. He was very nice, professional, and answered all of my many questions. He helped make our home safer. Thank you to Eric for your quick response, hard work, and all your efforts.

My house is undergoing some repairs and I have many fans of the dryer unit running in the garage. When I used the hair dryer suddenly it went off and when I came to the garage I found that all the fans had turned off. I called 'Better Electric' for the first time. Tyler came online and said it's almost the end of his day and would have to charge me emergency rates if he is to work after hours. He immediately suggested to check if it had tripped in the junction box and immediately made a FaceTime Call. He told me what I needed to do to get it working again. It really solved the emergency problem for me and saved a lot of money too. While he had every opportunity to make money out of me, with a great generous and kind heart he helped me out over the phone. I have honestly never worked with such a genuine person. I would recommend him any day and would use his services for any of my needs.

Tyler is sooooo kind. I called him way after hour, he called back right away, FaceTime me to walk me through how to fix my electricity issue. So thoughtful, so helpful.
