As a DIYer, electrical knowledge is a mystery, so it is with pleasure that I can report that General Wholesale Electric is a DIYer's friend! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, willing to share that knowledge, and by the way, they have great coffee from Italy!

General Wholesale has a convenient location and great service. Catering primarily to contractors, they will also help you out if you are a homeowner. Their prices are not always the lowest on everything, but their expertise and prices on certain items make it all even in the end. I recommend them to other contractors or homeowners with large DIY projects. They have unique LED lighting solutions usually in stock.

Expensive labor, overstated work that was needed and the difficulty, constantly complained & used foul language when he's annoyed, shoddy fan installation that almost caused an accident & lawsuit, kept on bragging he makes $100/ hr (prolly more now), had to jump his car battery because it wouldn't start, charged $2500 for his work, overpaid by at least $500, way too unprofessional! This was the Friday before a long weekend and I was in a real bind, and despite the fact that Mark was booked out for the next 2 weeks, he took the time to walk me through fixing my problem on the phone.

We have an older home with finicky electrical. Mark came out, addressed the problem with speed and precision. He fixed the problem beyond what I expected at a reasonable rate. I definitely would recommend Mark, and will be using him for future electrical work.

If you need any electrical work done, Mark is your man. I always worried that an electrician would overcharge and I would have to take out a loan to pay (you hear stories!) but the cost was more than reasonable. That was a nice surprise. Aside from cost, he really knows his business. We had a perplexing electrical problem and he had it fixed within an hour. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

The owner was very professional and easy to work with. The quote was fair and the work was done in a timely manner. The installation looks clean and we are very happy with it. We will definitely use them again!

Left a message a couple weeks ago because I needed cat6 Ethernet run in my nearly 50 year old house through the attic to a couple rooms (not an easy task - I had already tried!). Mark (the owner) called me back that night, explained that it would take two guys and a couple hours to do what I needed. Mark and Jason showed up on time, delivered exactly what I needed, and cleaned up after themselves. Cost was what he had quoted me over the phone, and I'm a happy camper.

Mark at Precision Electric was awesome! Don't get caught up in the routine of other electricians that want to charge you $79 just to come out and quote you.

I needed a NEMA 14-50 EV charging port in the garage.
Mark asked me a few questions over the phone and then quoted me a fair price. He asked me to text him pics of the areas and then confirmed the quote. He was able to come out the next day (lucky on my part).
When he arrived, he was professional, timely and honest, and the quality
of the work was perfect. This is what customer service is all about! I strongly recommend you call Precision Electric if you have any residential electrical needs.
