Every time, their technicians have been professional, prompt, and SO good at what they do. I will always call them with any new project or problem I run into!

Five or free in Livermore did a terrible job rewiring my house . They promised a time frame they didn’t follow, they sent new inexperienced workers that always had excuses, they couldn’t patch the holes properly, when they were done I had about 8 outlets that didn’t work and lights that didn’t work and when they came back (after weeks of calling them with no response) the person that fixed the issues excuse was “ya that guy was new and didn’t know what he was doing”, and after a full year they came back at me and said I owed them 300$ out of nowhere . I paid them about 40k and after all they messed up they attack me a year later and argue about 300$ . I would use a different company next time

I have spent my life hesitant to call service/repair people to do work for me for fear of the hassle and mess. After 2+ years working from home, I was finally tired enough of having an extension cord running from my bathroom to my desk to power my PC and wanted an outlet put in by my desk. The work needed a bunch of new holes made in the walls to connect the power lines (which was exactly the type of thing I was afraid of). Eddie at Five or Free made it so easy, including patching the required holes - you'd never know they were even made - and now I can close my bathroom door without unplugging an extension code to my desk! Such a small convenience but makes a big difference.

Alex was very helpful following up with an issue with a panel we had installed. He was curteous and great trouble shooting. We will continue to use this company.

We had a great outcome using Five or Free to hang two >100 lb chandeliers for us. They are so professional, and their service is unbeatable; their communication skills are excellent, and they go out of their way to ensure your satisfaction. I would not use anyone else for our electrical needs. In fact, they just finished a second job for us.

They were very friendly and responded quickly to all of my requests! Sal from Five or Free came out to quote my lighting job in little time, and had the whole job mapped out within 30 mins. After scheduling a work appointment, Tim came out and took care of the job for us! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and paid attention to detail. One of the light ballasts he installed wasn't working once the job was complete, and was clearly a defect from when it was purchased. Without hesitation, he took it down and went back to get a replacement ballast to finish the job, still finishing before they say he would! We'd like to thank Tim, Sal, and the rest of the Five or Free team for making this electrical job an easy and safe process!
