i wish i could give more than 5 stars. working with duane from On Target Carpet Cleaning was an excellent experience. the carpets at my mom's house in livermore, that we needed to get ready quickly to put on the market, were in really bad shape. duane was super responsive and flexible, coming out to check the carpets right after i got off work at 6pm. after i explained we needed things done fast, he came out by himself on a saturday to clean all four rooms. i'm sure everyone's situation is different, but for us the results were fantastic. what looked like a disaster is now clean and very presentable. and after all that, the price was so reasonable that i thought duane made a mistake, but it was correct—just that affordable. couldn't be happier!

We had a water pipe burst under our kitchen sink in the middle of the night, and it quickly soaked our new hardwood floors and kitchen cabinets. The water even traveled through the vents, damaged the bathroom ceiling, the den ceiling, some ductwork, and insulation in the garage. justin and duane showed up soon after we called for help. they were fantastic! They worked hard to save our hardwood floors and moved everything out of the downstairs storage closet, plus all the furniture and items in the bathroom. It took them several hours, but they managed to save the carpet downstairs too. They took out the damaged ceiling and ductwork, then set up fans, heaters, and special mats to pull out the water. They checked in every day for nearly a week to make sure everything was drying properly. We were really stressed out at first, but as soon as justin and duane arrived, we felt much better and knew things would be okay. justin explained that our insurance would handle the damage, and he took care of all the photos and reports for the claim, even making a CD for the insurance company. They went above and beyond, even washing the towels and blankets we threw on the carpet to soak up water. If you ever have a water leak or need carpet cleaning in Livermore, you should call these guys before even calling your insurance. They are real professionals who care about you and your home. my family and i highly recommend them!

this is the second time i've had craig clean my carpets, and just like before, he did an amazing job! he doesn’t leave until your carpets look fresh and spotless. i didn’t have any pet stains, but there were some really tough, smelly stains in one room from a messy roommate, and craig got rid of both the stains and the odor! i actually thought i would have to replace the carpet, but craig made it look new again. if your carpet is really dirty and you think it can't be saved, call craig first and let him work his magic. his prices are fair, and you might save a lot of money by having him clean instead of replacing your carpet. i give him 5 stars and highly recommend his carpet cleaning services. i’ll definitely use him again when i need my carpets cleaned!
