First off, this company does not have a storefront in Livermore. Their sister company is Green Day Carpet and Chimney cleaning? They start off around $600, but quickly double that claiming your house needs a deep clean. The cleaner came to the house, completely unprofessional, leaving water and a film on our carpets and hardwood floors. There were still dirt stains and dirt moved around by their machine. Upon filing a complaint, the "supervisor" told me my standards were too high yet I've only had my couches for one year and it was just dirt from rubbing up against it. The cleaner who showed up and asked my wife for a tip at the end of it after lazily "cleaning" with a cheap machine. At the end of the day, shame on me for using them. Sounds to me like they are a call center and they sub out their services.
