Bickford Construction recently cleaned up some serious dry rot on the external walls and completely remodeled our kitchen. We are extremely happy with the work that they did. Every person we encountered was professional, considerate, and friendly. They also knew what they were doing. Colton is one of the most considerate contractors I have ever met. We recently worked on our THIRD project with Bickford Construction and it went great! We worked with Colton for the first time about a year ago when we bought our first home. It needed some fixing up before it could be moved into and Colton and team not only did the jobs quickly, but within our budget. He knew we didn’t have a huge budget and he was honest and upfront about the cost of everything. After our great first experience, we worked with him again for a small dry rot repair and most recently on replacing our plumbing. With each project he has been honest, communicative, and most importantly kind. We appreciate how attentive he is during the project, and even after with various follow ups to make sure everything is working as it should. We will be definitely be working with Bickford Construction again in the future!

Bickford construction did an excellent job on the exterior of my house. I had a lot of dry rot that needed to be repaired. Also had plumbing issues that were fixed. Colton was on top of getting everything taken care of. I would definitely recommend them for any project. I’ve had many compliments on the finished project.

I was really nervous about all the decisions and the idea of living in a construction zone, but Colton and his team were amazing from start to finish. Every person I worked with was professional, respectful of my time, friendly, and incredibly skilled in their specialty. They cleaned up thoroughly every day, which made a huge difference in keeping the disruption minimal.

Colton was patient, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and the quality of the final result. The entire kitchen remodel was completed in just one month—and I absolutely love it!

Colton and his team are second to none! We had windows and doors installed throughout our home. Board and batton installed and finished with a nice paint. what a transformation! There was constant communication to make sure all bases were covered. He really will take your call or text at anytime seven days a week. Do not hesitate to contact them you want be disappointed!

Colton and his team remodeled 2 bathrooms in our new (to us) home. I told him we were planning to move in in 4 months. Well, it only took him 1 month to do the job! They started the week of Thanksgiving and finished by Christmas. Colton and his team check all the boxes: Fast, quality of workmanship, on budget, great communication, no shortcuts taken. Bickford construction did an excellent job on taking care of dry rot on the many barg rafters on my two story home.
They finished by painting the entire house and fence at a competitive price. The finish was beautiful.
Colton is personable, efficient and on top of the crews and details. I really appreciated having his follow up and follow through and daily updates and information on progress and what was happening. The crews were exceptionally nice to work with and responsive and respectful.

My husband and I worked with Bickford Construction on a kitchen remodel project! It included a complete overhaul of the kitchen layout, removal of a wall, replacement of our flooring, resurfacing of our fireplace, and retexturing the walls in all the common areas.
We first contacted Colton in January, and he and his project manager, Miguel, came over to our house to talk through all the remodel ideas we are hoping to do over the next several years. We knew we wanted to start with the kitchen first, but we are interested in remodeling our bathrooms and redoing the outside of our house. They spent at least an hour with us listening to our ideas/concerns and giving us guidance and general cost estimates for each project.
Fast forward to March/April, we had worked with a kitchen designer to draw up our kitchen remodel plans for city permits, we met with all the subcontractors who came over to review the job for their quotes, and then we signed a contract with Bickford Construction to complete the work.
It was great meeting all the subcontractors ahead of time, as they asked good questions that ended up being documented in our contract. Colton was super helpful with the questions we had about the contract and we felt comfortable signing it.
We officially started the project on April 22nd. It was demo day and we came home to a gutted kitchen and the removal of one of our walls. Colton and team did a great job communicating the work expected each week, and they kept us on track to order the materials we were responsible for. Seeing progress almost every week was super helpful to keep our spirits up while we lived out of our bedroom and garage.
Another great part about working with Colton was the communication access we had with him. We texted and talked on the phone almost every day. We could voice any concerns or questions and get fast feedback and solutions on things. As with any project we had a couple of unexpected obstacles, but Colton was quick to acknowledge these things and proposed solutions that we were happy with and that were implemented quickly.
As mentioned earlier, we have a handful of house projects we want to do over the next few years, and we will be working with Bickford Construction again!
