TDK Construction did an amazing job on my remodel project on my home. Ty helped us initially with pre planning and later the final design. His ideas were stellar. We started with a 3 bed/ 2 bath home with no master suite and bath. Now we have a 4 bd / 3 bath home. We never imagined he would design a 4th bedroom with the plan and ideas we had. He was like a magician. We added only 500 Sq ft, but we now have huge master, master suite bathroom with huge tub and walk in shower along with walk in closet. It was definitely better to add on to the Home and make it what we want. It definitely saved us money. Thanks so much TDK Construction!

The bathroom remodel design developed just as imagined and planned. The walk in shower is very beautiful and practical. The tradesmen were respectful throughout the project, arriving at the time agreed upon and understanding of our special needs.
The price was extremely close to original quote. And I would recommend to any neighbor and would welcome them for another project.

Ty and his crew were very pleasant and professional at all times. He was great at keeping us involved and informed on all aspects of our remodel. We appreciate his meticulous eye to be sure everything was done perfect, they cleaned up daily and were sure to protect all of our furniture. Everyone worked hard and didn’t mind us checking up on them continually and asking a lot of questions. Our bathroom and closet remodel was a big project since we moved electrical and plumbing but it was well worth it and looks fabulous. I look forward to using TDK again in the future for other projects. Thank you!

Not a great experience. I was contacted by someone from the company who was unable to answer basic questions, including how long they’ve been in business. I then scheduled a call with the owner to discuss my remodel, but he never followed up as agreed—even after I adjusted my schedule to accommodate the meeting.

If it’s this difficult just to get a phone call from Ryan Schatz, I can only imagine how challenging it would be to manage an actual remodel project. Based on this experience, I would not recommend their services

Ryan's team came in a refaced the entire front of the house, installed a new garage door taking it from 2 singles to an oversized double and redid an entire room! They were amazing to work with and we can't wait to do more work with them in the future!

I reached out to Jeff after finding him online. Spoke to him on the phone, seemed very professional, slightly salesy, but as a fellow business-owner during a pandemic, I'm okay with that.

We scheduled an appointment for him and his team to come on site to give us a quote on putting up some drywall in a warehouse I just leased. Several days later, I received a phone call from Jeff with his quote (nearly $40,000 to put up some drywall and paint). I asked him to send it to me in an email and that I would evaluate it against the other quotes I received and that we were still waiting for a few more.

The next day he texted me, "My guys are waiting for me to give them the green light to start your warehouse. Can we get this job going?". I let Jeff know we found a significantly lower quote. He warned me that something is off and that I should scratch my head because something is missing.

After several days, I let Jeff know that we decided to move forward with another company. Coincidentally that same day, the city receives a local "anonymous" tip that there may be a remodel going on without permits. Ironically, Jeff advised us multiple times that we wouldn't need permits for the type of work we were trying to do. Very petty move to do to a new business in a statewide lockdown. Jeff has shown his true colors and level of professionalism. Thanks and good luck, Jeff.

I had an unusual attic project I wasn't sure would work, and before the job was even bid, Jeff spent hours researching possibilities. He was very respectful and straightforward as he discussed findings with me. It turns out we're unable to do the project at this time, but I would highly recommend working with Schatz Construction!

Schatz Construction did a great job on our house remodeling. They worked with us on our project and offered great opinions. They are also responsive in fixing anything that needed more attention.

I will not hesitate to hire them for all future home improvement projects. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to do business with a company that is conscientious and trustworthy.

We had a free-standing garage built. They did such a good job, we had them remodel our kitchen and family room. The kitchen looks so nice, one of the subcontractors asked if he could take pictures to show his wife. We'll definately have them back for more work.

Jeff and his team were amazing. They were willing to work with us on changing the contract and working with how much we could afford. Me and husband are very fortunate that our neighborhood watch recommended them to us. We wouldnt have a amazing result and work without this company. The whole project was completed in a timely manner and everything came out so beautiful im still shocked on the outcome. I would definitely hire again for future remodels. Finished the Job faster then quoted and under the Budget. Could not ask for more. I had another person working on this project and they jerked me around wasting time and money. I got in contact with Ryan he told me 2 weeks to finish. It was done faster and cheaper then the estimate he gave me. I would highly recommend Schatz Construction.
