If you share your phone or email with them, they will spam you with calls and emails even when you tell them you're not interested. Also, I got a huge influx of spam emails/calls from others after talking with them to get a quote so pretty sure they sell you're info.

Merry Maids is an answer to prayer for myself & my husband! Both in our 60's I am not able to clean our home as I once did, & I worried that my husband, who has had 3 strokes, would become ill from all the dust and germs. I was also concerned that family & friends might stop by & see a mess. But now, since Taylor from Merry Maids has been cleaning our home, it is always immaculate & easy for me to keep up on! She always does an excellent & Thorough Job. Thank You Taylor & Merry Maids, we are so much happier with less stress & a clean house & you have made our lives easier!

Made appointment yesterday for this morning. I was told they would be here between 0830-0930, 10 at the latest. No call, no show...called them at 10:15 and cancelled as the time slots and other particulars of my needs could no longer be met. They then harass me with 3 phone calls trying to get me to take whatever they offered at this late date. I demanded my deposit back...I fire people who are No Call No Show, you are fired and if you call me 1 more time I'll look into a restraining order. They were once a reliable service, I've used them on a few occasions before. Never again.

Thankful for Norma to come help me clean. She got the trouble spots in my home.
