I do not recommend this cleaning company the employees are all not on the same Page!They charged me for a master bedroom and all they did was vacuum! I have dust everywherestilling! !I'm suppose to get a call back for a refund and it's been days. When you call the rep on the phone tells lies that they do windows etc and they don't. They say anything to make a dollar and it wasn't worth it. I asked for deep clean and got rooms skipped very disappointing and do not recommend it at all.

Merry Maids is a very professional and pleasant group to work with. There are no surprises cost wise, and they do a fabulous job. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

My first time hiring merry maids. The job went well. The work was in a rental unit. The unit will need more of their help in the near future, and we will see in the next six months or so, how this unit will rank. Danae is by the book, but she and the Lodi, CA office were very easy to work with. It was a pleasure! An 8 rating from me this time because this is my first time around with Merry Maids.

The ladies that came out did an great job and it didn't take very long. Just felt the price was a bit expensive. I had 2 bathrooms that needed cleaning. One was very small only 8x5. The total price was $250. Bathrooms were not filthy, just a lot of hard water stains. Most were removed, but some didn't come out. Overall I was very pleased.😊

Did a very thorough job the first time out. Very pleased. I appreciate that they a) bring all their own products, b) put things back where they were once they've dusted/cleaned. Did a great job on the floors throughout. I'm not sure how often my plan calls for cabinet cleaning, but if there were Any issue, I found the polish a bit heavy on some of the cabinets. It only took 5 minutes to tidy up the streaks, so not a Big deal...I just appreciated that they'd been cleaned at all. Thank you!

They provided an estimate for the “whole house”. They showed up late, charged my credit card an extra $100, and only partially cleaned 3 rooms! They announced they were leaving after 2 1/2 hours. Total waste of money!!!

I had set up this appointment for my sister in law for a DEEP CLEAN the cleaners were here from 8:30 AM to 2 PM. We had asked before we even set up and confirmed the appointment if the cleaners will be cleaning the windows, cupboard and walls which they said yes of course. Upon them leaving we noticed the windows were never touched. The cupboard looked like the were just wiped down and the walls were never even put on the list of things that needed to be done. Then we go upstairs and it wasn’t even cleaned, the bathroom looked like it was just wiped down but not cleaned properly. They told us the price would be $450 and when my sister paid it was $530. Never using them again.

We were looking for a cleaning service to clean 2 1/2 bathrooms and the kitchen. The first time they came out for service we were charged $240 for a thorough cleaning because we never used their service before. Just over a month later they were to come out and do a basic cleaning of the same areas and we were told it would be $175, still pretty pricey but they are supposed to be reputable. As with all their services they want half the charge up front as a deposit, I understand why now, so we paid the $87.50. The cleaners showed up on the day of the service and within 5 minutes the cleaners were telling me that "the office" was going to charge $240 again for the service, even though we had a printed invoice from Merry Maids with the original $175 quote on it. The cleaners said it was because it was not within one month of the last cleaning (this would have been brought up when we were setting up the 2nd cleaning and we were not advised of it). The cleaning lady said that she's been working for the company for 3 years and this problem doesn't surprise her, it wouldn't be the first time. We were given the option of paying $240 or letting them go without providing the service agreed upon. We told them we would not pay the $240 again, and the cleaners left without a problem, all smiles. When we spoke to the main office we were told that the cleaning lady said there was just too much work and they would need to charge for a thorough cleaning again. Not sure who's lying to us... Now Merry Maids does not want to refund the initial deposit. So this company and cleaners are using bait and switch practices to dupe customers out of their deposits. Save yourself from getting screwed over by these scam artists and go with ANY other company but this one!

Excellent service! Paying attention to all the details. Very friendly, hard working employees. I would recommend Merry Maids for all your cleaning needs!

Merry maids sounds like a good idea but I was unimpressed.They have a really good pitch that they do excellent service, they supply all their own materials, their people are well trained, and all their work is guaranteed. Their high price matches the promise they make.
The cleaning is in consistent. We paid for the top down cleaning and did not get that at each service.The first service was outstanding and set the bar. Follow up cleaning we’re hit and miss.
Their customer service was very responsive, but for the price we were paying we shouldn’t need to inspect the service and have them back to do the things that were missed.
We needed to cancel at the last minute do to a Covid spike in our area. Which resulted in a contractual fee. I understand it’s part of the contract but these are unprecedented times and I felt it should have been excused.
I was willing to overlook all the issues we were having but not forgiving the late cancellation fee is inexcusable, especially when my wife is high risk for Covid.
For that reason alone we will not use their services again.
I hope you have a better experience.

I was so fortunate to receive 2 cleanings from Merry Maids because I am going through chemotherapy from cancer.
They have been wonderful. Arriving on time, and cleaning for an average of 2 hours. The first cleaning there was 2 young ladies that switched off. The cleaning was meticulous, taking their time and making sure the cleaning was what you would expect from a cleaning service such as Merry Maids.
The second cleaning was as long with just one young lady. Basicly most cleaning was as I asked. Dusting, vacuuming.
Would I use them again? Definitely. They are meticulous and trustworthy.
However there is a But in there. Being a mature woman of 70 and unable to work and on a tight budget, the 60.00 an hour charge isn't within my reach.
I thank Merry Maid for your kindness and caring employees.

They broke an expensive item and only credited me back $65.00 from the service fee! It was worth far more (well over $100.00) but they claimed to see the same item online for $65.00! (they also said they glued it back together so it's all good!) They were bumping into things and, in my opinion, not watching what they were doing! I couldn't wait for them to leave! I WILL NEVER USE THAT SERVICE AGAIN!!!

I had monthly service through Merrymaids of Lodi. They visited my home around 5 times. They only cleaned to my satisfaction 2 of the 5 times, but the last cleaning was extremely poor quality. They did not dust, clean the glass tables, mirrors or floors, or even knock down cobwebs. I am not sure what they did do the last time. I spent my 3 day holiday weekend cleaning my house that I had just paid Merrymaids to clean. I called the office to complain and ask for my money back. The girl was apologetic and said someone would call me. Four days later I had to call because no one called me back. The office lady said they typically would come out again but I had already cleaned to my satisfaction. She said she spoke with the lady that cleaned the last time, and the lady told her she did do the things I complained about. However, she would make notes in my file so they clean differently next time. She could not insure a refund. I reiterated that the cleaners did not clean. The thing that made me most upset was the lack of customer service and trying to make it right for the customer. I was willing to give them another chance, but the lack of customer service made me not want yo use them any more. I would not recommend Merrymaids Lodi. It is extremely expensive snd very poor quality work.

I normally have April, Lucero and Ally. All are awesome and friendly. Never been disappointed when they have left after cleaning.

April is always so sweet and does a fantastic job! We really appreciate her.

Pretty good job overall. She did miss the ceiling fans in both the living room and master bedroom.

Amazing job from start to finish. Reasonably priced, friendly, and above and beyond what I expected. Felipa was fantastic in helping us prepare for a party. Would absolutely consider using on a regular basis.
