We are so impressed with the work from this company. My husband hired them to take down an enormous tree that was hanging over a neighbor's house. They did an amazing job. They were courteous, conscientious, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I’ve had NorCal arborists out 3-4 times at this point for pruning and they’ve been extremely professional on every visit. When you call about a job they immediately schedule someone to come out write up the bid and give an estimate within a few days and then if you are ready to book someone from the office gets you scheduled in for the next opening. The process is extremely smooth every time and I know just what to expect every time I call.

Of all the various home service providers I call about this is the by the far the easiest one to work with. It’s easy to get booked, no calling back 4-5x until someone answers. They always show up on time. They execute tasks quickly, do great quality work, clean up after themselves, and check in with me about whether I’m happy with everything before they leave.

Everyone at this company is also extremely nice, from the people I talk to on the phone to the person who comes out to write up the bid to the crews who show up to prune the trees. Overall couldn’t be happier that I found this company when I moved into my new home and have recommended them to anyone who asks about tree trimming.

We had a very large tree branch fall in our house, which blocked our front door. I called these guys, and explained the situation. They had a crew out several hours later to clear everything. Not only was the tree branch removed, but all of the associated sawdust, scraps and twigs were swept up and taken away. Extremely professional, and courteous. Thank you!

Crew on-site were hard working, kind and professional. The job site was left clean, even though it was not ideal weather with wet ground, and partially flooded driveway, so blower was not an option. I would highly recommend your company, from the first meeting on-site, until the completion of the job.

Had big, dying Camphor tree needing help. Called several tree services and no one called back except one.. They made appointment and stood me up. Found R & D
Tree Service and really liked their website. So yesterday I called begging for help and in no time got a call from Micheal Ruelman . He came out that same day to check out the tree. "It has to come out . Bad shape". He made appointment for this morning. 9:30 am he shows up w huge truck and equipment. Brought a buddy as a good helper. Project took a good part of today but when it was all done, I had tree removed, large stump and roots ground out, cleaning and he knew exactly what type of new tree to replant. He brought beautiful Ash tree in 15 gallon pot. We found new spot to plant it and now it's planted and well braced. Yes I'll miss my my old tree but now I can watch my new tree grow. Michael knew exactly why my tree had to be removed. He pointed so many things out I didn't know. Watching him up in that tree w a chain saw was also amazing. He's quite at home up there. His silent partner was also a hard worker. He packed out alot of chunks of tree and stacked it all in a huge truck. He raked, swept up messes, used big blower to clean the best it could be cleaned. Good team. Next project will be to remove at least half of 2 juniper trees. That'll take a special truck as they are over over 80 feet up . People use them as markers from a distance.

I couldn’t be happier with the service! The crew did an excellent job trimming our trees, removing a large stump, and grinding down several old tree stumps. They were professional, efficient, and left the yard looking clean and beautiful when they finished. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality work really stood out. Carmen & Maria were Awesome!!! I have a brand new house & we had horrible smoke damage (so bad my eyes watered at night) Not only did they clean every can but they cleaned every single item in my butler pantry & there was ALOT of items In there. They put every thing back into Butlers Pantry more organized than I had it. And thanks to their detailed work they got that smoke smell out. Thank you Servpro.Glad I chose you.

I had a water leak on my hardwood floors,
Floor people said to call Servpro. They came out immediately with a dehumidifier and tools to measure water saturation. The technician made appointments daily. He’d call before coming and always on time. He then put a blanket on floor to keep mold from growing and took pictures of progress for documentation. Once he got approval he took floor out and went under house to look for damage. The technician kept my house very clean. Covering all furniture and floors he would be in contact with. Servpro received a 5 from me because they did a great job.

Carmel, Sonja, and Maria were out here this morning to take care of my under house problems as far as applying mold/mildew stain remover, apply anti microbial agent and Deodorize.
They were very efficient and professional.
Will definitely call is I should need your service again.

I am so very grateful for the team at Servpro of Lodi for coming out to my unit when the back half of our shop flooded! Connie, Sonja and Paul were fantastic at communication and very professional. My landlord drug his feet about getting cleanup in here (Don't do that... call in the professionals right away!) so I had water sitting in my building for a full SIX days before cleanup began... It smelled VERY bad in here and I worried the damp mildew smell was here to stay. Sonja and Paul had that smell GONE by the second morning!!! It was a great relief to me to just let them get to work, knowing the the clean-up and demo was in good hands so I could focus on my shop. Thank you for taking some of the worry off my hands during this stressful time!

SERVPRO of Lodi is one of the most professional businesses I have had the pleasure to work with. I recently had a devastating water loss in my kitchen to my brand new home. The office staff and production workers work very well together by communicating. They truly do come in and make it look like it never even happened!

I work in an office that recently had a covid outbreak. I called Tina at Servpro of Lodi. I asked her if they had a virus contamination service. Yes! They have fogging and touchpoint cleaning services available. I expected to wait a few days to receive service. Instead, Tina was so professional and had her team to our office within a few hours of our phone call. It was terrific, because employees that hadn't been exposed to Covid-19, could go back to work, and we did not lose as much time as expected. They charged a fair price, and saved us money by allowing us to reopen the shop quickly after decontamination.

I called them of what's going on with my rental property and they came out right away and made me feel comfortable and worked with my needs and also working with my insurance company to help cover the cost is awsome. Came On time. responded to my needs right away. Showed me all the pictures and what needs to be done working with me is the best part on my needs and turning to insurance for cost is great.
