We had a fire in our building and Servpro was contracted to do the clean up. I was thoroughly impressed by the job that they did, and I am pretty hard to please when it comes to a clean office space. I am always reluctant about outside cleaning services, but Servpro has gained a regular monthly customer now with the service they provided. Petra is incredible! Petra, Jeffrey, Jesse, Paul, Maria and Carmen treated our building with the same respect and level of detail as if it were their own property. You won't regret calling Servpro.

Servpro did a sewage cleanup in the crawlspace at our home. Sonja and her crew were professional, efficient and did an excellent job. They sanitized the area so that the plumbers can do repair. According to the plumber, Servpro did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Sonja Galvan and Jeffrey came out and worked tirelessly to assess and remove all water damaged areas, set up 11 fans to dry our flooring, ceiling and carpeting. They were professional, helpful and reassuring during my water disaster. I hope I don't have to use them again, but I will if I have another flood issue and I will recommend ServePro to all that needs this type of service. I couldn't be happier with the process.

Servpro of Lodi were absolutely the most professional group of people I have worked with in years. The first 3 gentlemen arrived and went to work immediately. Before they left, I asked for their names to leave them a review. Elijah, Chris, and Felix were polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. They checked for water damage and went right to work. Today, Felix returned with Sonja, and they went right to work removing fans and checking for moisture. Sonja explained every detail I asked. If you ever have water damage, call Servpro of Lodi. Had ceiling water damage due to our attic air conditioner evaporator leaking. Servpro took the stress out of the situation due to their professionalism and their knowledgeable and patient staff. The Servpro crew, Sonia and Carmen, came out to assess the damage, find the source of the water leak to determine whether the that the leak still active and then came out to remove all damaged and wet insulation, drywall and wood. Later, Reuben and Andrew came back and restored everything to beautiful condition. They even dealt directly with my insurance company to help that bit of stress also. I highly recommend using this company.

Connie Hernandez, the manager at Servpro has been awesome to work with! She goes the extra mile to meet all of our needs. She is kind, courteous and very professional. She coordinated a great crew to get our job done in a timely matter. She also was a great liason between us and our insurance company.

Big THANKS to Sonja & Carmen! They had a difficult job removing flooring from the downstairs of my home which meant hauling it all up the stairs or up the sloped yard! Care was taken to move & protect household belongings & furniture & I was informed of all plans. You ladies are great.

Our washing machine had sprung a leak and flooded our back hallway and family room. We called Servpro and they had a team at our house in an hour. Brendan and Jeffrey removed the water we couldn’t soak up with our towels, installed a dehumidifier and fans to help dry out our drywall. They were extremely professional, explained what the process would be like, and were very efficient. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. If the need arises in the future we won’t hesitate to call ServPro of Lodi again.

I recently hired ServPro of Lodi to take care of the Water damage & mold cleanup up at my property. ServePro was out to clean my carpets a few weeks ago, and I really appreciated their promptness and courtesy. Tommy and Paul were friendly and got right to work. They were quick and efficient and I am very satisfied with their work. Bottom line is our filthy carpets are clean now and look so much better, and they were able to get a few stains out that I had scrubbed and scrubbed. We had forgotten how nice our carpets look when clean, they had looked so dingy for months prior to cleaning. I’ll definitely my have ServePro back out whenever my carpets need cleaning. We had an unfortunate experience of a pipe leak that lead to a flood in our living room. Sonia and Paul responded within 2 hours and immediately started working. They stayed late the first evening removing all of the laminate flooring. The blowers continued a week and we had to leave our home to sleep. Sonia was very trustworthy and responsive as we were away!

Servpro of Lodi did a great job taking care of a standing water problem under my house, due to a burst pipe. Jesse, Jeffry, and Carmen arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous, positive, and took time to answer my questions thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had a very good experience with them. We had mold in the walls of one of our bathrooms that had resulted in structural damage. We called Servpro of Lodi , Sonja and Nestor both came very promptly and did a thorough inspection and walked us through the process. After talking to them we felt we were in good hands as she had the knowledge and experience to do the work.We later called them and they did a wonderful job and went above and beyond to help us through this difficult time. We had a slow long leak from our fridge and our insurance company contracted with ServPro Lodi and it was a very helpful, informative and pleasant (considering the circumstances) interaction. They were very quick and clear in communication throughout the whole process and completed their tasks quickly and efficiently, which was great for a family of seven still needing to do our deal day in and out. From the office, Connie was willing to go above and beyond and always kept us in the loop. The on the group team of Sonja, Elijah, Tom and Nestor were all friendly, willing to explain and give information about the process. I hope that I never need to hire a company like this again, but if I did, they would be my first call.
