Special thanks goes out to the entire Servpro crew. We had smoke damage to our home from a fire log that was lit without the trap open which cases smoke to fill our home. From start to finish we were treated very well and with respect and patience much thanks to Connie Hernandez is in the office Petra who cleaned our home Tom and Nestor the woman who did our estimate and also the guy who came to clean our couch with Tom. EVERYBODY on this job was very kind to us explaining the process, showing up on time and being very considerate to my Mom who has Cancer and is underGoing chemo by phoning ahead of time to make sure she was up to them coming over. Our house was restored and clean and left the air smelling nice and clean and we really appreciate that they restored are items that means so much to us. Much respect to the whole crew and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts good job!!

I was so impressed with the professionalism and honesty of Mike Cole. Every time I needed help, he was there in a timely manner and honest with what was needed for the job.

Servpro is great! I'm a local realtor and used their services to clean a home before putting it on the market. They were professional, helpful, and worked with me to accommodate my needs. I'm very pleased with their services and will be using them again.

I had a dishwasher water leak that went farther than my eye could see. Luckily Servpro was able to see and handle the extensive damage. They billed my insurance directly, this made it seamless. The owner Perry has been doing restoration for decades. I enjoyed working with Tori in the office she made me feel very comfortable.

We had a small fire in the kitchen that left the whole house smelling like smoke. We called Servpro of Lodi, and I have to say — they were awesome. Michael Cole was the one who helped us through everything, and he really made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Michael showed up quickly, explained what needed to be done, and made sure everything was handled professionally. He and his team worked fast, got rid of the smoke smell completely, and left the place super clean.

Servpro of Lodi, I have no words to match my gratitude for the professionalism, communication and the support I have received starting with Tory (the dispatcher) she was welcoming and professional and quickly scheduled me an appt the same day. The team (Sonia, Andrew, Matt and Carmen) that showed up to my home were amazing, strategic and knew what they were doing. The communication with Sonia, Andrew and Matt, through this process has been great. I was overwhelmed and devastated to come home from vacation and have water damaged but working with this team has made it bearable! For flooring we were appointed to Accent Carpet in Lodi, George and Jeff from there were also very kind and made our bathroom floor look 100x better than before! The best seamless gutters, professional service. The only gutter contractor i use.

Called and left multiple messages and ne Dr for a call back. I have a commercial building in need of 360' of gutters in 4 straight runs. I would think it would be a nice job to get. Maybe it's to big for them. I don't know, but a curtasy return call would have been nice.

This is the second time I’ve used this company. All I can say is if you’re looking for quality work, don’t look any further. I’m very happy with the gutters they placed on my home. Thank you Bill.
