Valon is the custodian for our preschool. He shows initiative in items that need to be cleaned and goes above and beyond. He uses restorative cleaning techniques and does exceptional floor cleaning which is very important in a preschool setting.

To began with C&J Janitorial Services is Phenomenal to say the least. Customer care is a top priority as i have experienced with Mr. Valon Jackson (The Owner). When it comes to leadership he is the George Washington of the battle field.
In my case of opening a Bar & Lounge, he didnt have a clear idea of what he'd walking into based on our lack of expertise in translating the condition the floor was in.
Nontheless when he seen the floor without qeustion all he did was walk out went to go get the Stiper pourd a lil down on the floor with warm water and bagan teach us the process and the steps of how to preteart the floor for the side by side scubber. (George Washington) Right. He told us when operating with such chemicals we should allow it have Dwell Time on the Floor This is VCT Tile By the way. Following this process with any paint drips or spot the are on the flower he showed us how to get it up with damaging the floor, due to the we have strip down there. After he gave it a through Mopping for any loose particals that were pulled up from the soap and the action of surfactants. Then he would go in with the scurbber (side-by-side) and get to work.

What i am saying is that he gives you the knowledge to operate moving forward that furthers your attention of the upkeep of the job that took place during his visit.

The team came in and provided quality work. I felt like they restored my carpet. I initially planned to eventually replace my carpet but it looks like it has some more life. Great management and better casual conversations. The price was the icing on the cake.

As administrator of a college university with 10 buildings and 50 employees I personally witnessed CJ Cleaning and detailing and Long Beach take on an account with challenges such as. The previous cleaning company had mixed up all of the keys, and the employees were trained and neglected. Valon stepped in with an enormous amount of knowledge insight an energy. He talked to administration and took the time to listen and absorb the needs and the needs of the housekeeping employees as well as the students of the college campus. I personally was impressed watching him work night and day relentlessly and he still held his composure. I was overwhelmed one day when the head of the college campus came and shook his hand. They even gave him a university shirt and said thank you for all of the restorative cleaning, stripping and waxing carpet, cleaning, grout, cleaning, high dusting and doing a total deep cleaning of the campus. I was even more impressed when he immediately call his cleaning crew to the office and turned and gave them the recognition and asked the head administrator to take them on as their family as well. To anyone that takes on CJ Cleaning and detailing as their vendor just know that you have a God send.

I’ve used Valon a number of times for “deep” cleaning projects and restoring my wood floors. He does a fantastic job and always goes above and beyond just doing the assigned project. He finds additional areas that need to be addressed and takes the initiative to clean them without asking and does not expect more payment that we agreed upon. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the various cleaning and restoring products on the market and will use the right ones to get the desired results. He recently restored the tile in my shower that I thought was beyond repair. He’s always on time and when he leaves, there is no picking up after him and his crew. I highly recommend him and will continue to use his services.

I don’t think I have ever done any other reviews. CJ Janitorial was so impressive that I wanted to leave one for them. We were in a really bad situation needing cleaning after a water leak caused mold damage. CJ Janitorial’s Valan put our concerns to rest and did an amazing job. The thoroughness and timely manner of the job he did was incredible. He showed us techniques to help keep things more in order now that he had done such a serious cleaning. The super cleaning job done was only matched by the quality of character of the man who did it. I would recommend CJ Janitorial to my best friends and family without any hesitation.

CJ Cleaning and Detailing in Long Beach did restorative cleaning of our bathroom floors, shower calcium buildup, stripped and waxed all our floors, bathroom sink and carpets. CJ cleaning was far and away the best work we have had done. You can see the passion for the work and going above and beyond his work. He also taught me how to keep things clean and working smoothly. He did the work as efficiently and quickly as it was thorough.
He always took the time to get our approval on anything he was doing and what methods he used. When I say that he is the guru of cleaning, it is an understatement! It is our house rule never to leave a repair man alone without us, but CJ easily proved trust because of the passion for his work that he displayed and the fact he was clearly going above and beyond to do a good job for us made us feel like he was a part of the family. He certainly will be family anytime we need cleaning again!
I rarely if ever do reviews, but CJ cleaning deserves one and I can't recommend them with any more confidence.

Valon, and his company, ColeJacks Janitorial Services LLC, came highly recommended to me by a very trusted resource. I was so happy with him, personally, and what a wonderful and detail oriented, professional job he did! Valon had a challenge when he helped us. I own an interior design firm and my residential client needed a meticulous interior deep cleaning. This contemporary, three story beach residence was difficult as it had not been throughly cleaned in twelve years after several tenants occupied this high end residence. Valon accomplished this task with sparkling perfection! I do not recommend very often as it takes a lifetime to find good people. Valon and his company, ColeJacks Janitorial Services LLC are fantastic! For the sake of my client's privacy, I will not be sharing photos but I would if I could. I will always hire Valon for more of my projects when the need arises!

Valon and his team have been nothing short of amazing in their time working with our church and preschool! He is so professional and considerate and goes above and beyond every time he does a project. The carpet in our sanctuary was looking pretty bad and we thought we were going to have to find money in the budget to replace it. We’ve had the carpet cleaned. In the last six years and no one was able to get it to look even decent Has had a chance at it it looks great. It looks like we aren’t gonna need carpet for quite some time and we’re thrilled. The three areas of tile flooring that he worked on look brand new, they are sparkling. Valon has saved us quite a bit of money as we’re a small church and budgets are tight. We are fortunate to have found his company.
