I can’t say enough about this pool service company. They’re not only just Service. They extensively helped me from start to finish on a complete redesign of my pool all the way to the finish. They were hands-on not just answering phone calls or text but they were on site when asked and needed it. Never would have another Pool Contractor on my property going forward.

Had to cancel the service, pool guy left the pool in such a bad state, with a bacteria and green situation. Would skip weeks, and not show up at all, or do a poor job. We gave them many many chances, mainly because Patty is so so nice. She alone should get 5 stars, but the pool maintenance is really bad. We are also getting charged still after canceling the services, but they reimbursed us so that's that.

Our pool man of 15 years moved to another state and it has been a challenge to replace his integrity, loyalty and commitment. After trying 2 pool service companies that lacked Integrity, Loyalty and Commitment to Quality we reached out to LA Pool Guys and for the first 5 months they did not disappoint! The reason for the 1star is due to a decline in managing their team. High Employee turnover 3 different pool guys over a 9 month period. Inconsistent billing /invoicing practices through online portal a true nightmare . Don who emailed a very detailed quote and followed up on all our concerns in the beginning was impressive! Patty the Operation and Growth Manager is no longer with the company to deliver on point customer service . Our pool guy Rene showed up with Loyalty and Commitment for the first 3 months and disappeared which was the start of disappointment.
9 months ago I gave this pool service 5 stars reviewed by 14 customers . If you are seeking a pool service that is consistent on all levels of providing pool care this may not be a fit for you.
