Wow, that really was the very BEST carpet cleaning I've experienced. Bryan, the technition, was extremely thorough & detailed, like he was genuinely taking pride in his work. I'm a clean freak; so I was impressed when he noticed & cleaned up spots I had never noticed. He used special tools for more precise cleaning and did extra rinsing over everything. Seriously, super excellent!
I don't know that my carpet has ever looked this clean! Even the smell is so fresh! So excited the big stain by my front door is gone!!🙌🏻🎉

Our entire experience with this company has been a disappointment. The person assigned to clean the pool weekly was nice however he did not actually complete the basic services that were to be provided each week. Each visit, until we complained, he would be there for maybe five minutes and not until we complained did we see him ever even touch a vacuum. We also had an incident where we had broken glass in the pool, after some back and forth we agreed upon an additional cost they would come and clean the pool with a separate vacuum system. The day he was supposed to arrive he was running really late and had a wedding to go to so we said no problem, just come the following day. When he did he just did his normal five minute route and vacuumed the pool with our system. When we relayed what the service visit should have included he said he had not been told any of that.
I would not recommend this company.

I can highly recommend this pool service company as over the past 20 years they have been excellent at responding to our community's pool and spa service needs. Whether rescuing a green pool, repairing a failing pump, or installing an automation system, LA Pool Guys Bryan, Carly and Don are a cut above the rest. A superb company.

Not trustworthy! I gave these guys multiple chances but they continued to disappoint. They didn’t show up multiple times, sent a different person each time they came, didn’t do add enough salt water at start up which caused bacteria in the pool, didn’t clean the pool well, then charged my card over a month after I cancelled service. I hired a new pool service that offers professional service. These guys have no clue.

Update: They ran my card 3 months in a row after I cancelled service. I had to cancel my debit card to stop LA Pool Guys fraudulent charges. Sad business practices. Beware.

These guys were phenomenal!!! We were due for a good pool cleaning and water treatment pre winter as we usually cover up in October to avoid severe leaf foliage and excessive leaf cleaning later from the fall leaves. These guys did this water treatment that perfectly our pool and filtered the pipes out, they also scrubbed the sides and made sure the pool looked as if brand new when we removed the water for the winter time and they cleaned our filters and prepped them for spring time. We could not be happier! My bf and I are very excited to leave LA for the winter knowing that our pool will be all clean and ready to be refilled when we come back!!!

Over the past 4 years LA Pool Guys have serviced the pool at my home. In that time i have had two different techs - both of whom were always consistent, efficient and kept my pool clean (even after I had some epic pool parties for my kids and their friends). The prices are always reasonable and they communicate often with me via email - my preferred mode of communication. I appreciate that they are always checking my chems and update me when i need regular treatments or preventative maintenance. The beauty of LA Pool Guys is they have one all-in fixed monthly price - no surprise "chemical" charges or whatever. Makes it easier to budget. One summer, our tech brought it to our attention that when he was doing our regular filter cleaning some of our filter components were old and falling apart. (They were there when we bought the house). They sent us an email with the estimate, we approved and within a couple days everything was installed and the filter was running better than we had ever seen!

Admittedly they are often more mindful of my pool than i am - but hey, that's why you higher a great pool service company. Thanks LA Pool Guys! Keep up the good work.

Pool man came to the house and left equipment all over the pool area said he needed an outlet and left. I called worker and he told me to plug in the pump to drain pool. I told him I wasn’t comfortable doing that because there are electrical cords in the water and im not doing his job. He hung up on me. Called owner and canceled contract. Horrible and poor communication, customer service and professionalism!!!! Would NEVER recommend this company EVER!!! Boooooooooo LA Pool guys
