The team met with me prior to starting to ensure my questions were answered and clear expectations were set. He even touches bases with me periodically to ensure that my office needs are being met. His service is incredibly professional and personalized to meet my office needs. I am completely satisfied and incredibly grateful for his level of detail and service. I recommend his cleaning services hands down!

Honesty, it's hard to find reliable people/service nowadays especially after a pandemic. We hire Jazz It Up to service our office since the pandemic and they are pretty good. Jasmine the owner is straightforward and will let you know what is needed to do the job. If you need a dependable team, stop searching and call Jazz It Up! Very good company!

We called out Dave and his team to steam clean the grout on our tile floors along with sealing the existing grout lines and remove left over packing wax from the original installation. Dave and his team were cordial, professional and did a terrific job. Price was reasonable and Dave made sure to explain each step of the process along the way. The finished job came out excellent and our grout lines are very clean and now protected from future staining. We've used Dave and Mystic on a couple of other occasions to clean the carpet and upholstery on our RV along with some inside work in our home. I would recommend Mystic to anyone / anytime.
