LOVE this business! I called about having a mattress cleaned and Dave the owner picked up. He was kind and courteous, explaining the service, and offered to come by my house the next day. He was prompt and communicative and WOW it’s like I have a whole new mattress. It was very cool how in addition to cleaning, he used a warming system (ask him to share more) which sped up the drying time considerably. I will be coming back to Dave for more upholstery cleaning in the future 10/10/10

The carpets look brand new, the whole house smells fresh, and we’re kicking ourselves for not calling them sooner. Friendly, efficient, and totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I specifically told the guy that I wanted the carpet in the bedroom shampooed..
Since I recently found out that if you don’t tell them all they use is hot water and they just sprayed the stains.. he finished in like 10 minutes and there were still some stains and now the carpet stinks so now I know for sure that it was not shampooed even though I asked him and he said he did that and I told him wow that was pretty quick job.! but it shouldn’t stink if he did. There was construction done in the bathroom, so there was a lot of dust on the carpet that’s what I needed it shampooed so needless to say, I’m not using this company ever again.

We had a sticky mess from spilled soda in the corner. It came out completely during cleaning. The carpet feels normal again.

I bought a used rug online and it smelled kind of funky. One cleaning later and now it feels safe to actually sit on. The smell is totally gone.

The technician showed up a day late because his equipment wasn’t working on the scheduled day. When he finally arrived, he was very rude and quoted me a price that was 1.5 times higher than what I had been told over the phone.

He explained that the prices given over the phone were actually for carpets cleaned every 3–6 months, and that since mine hadn’t been cleaned that often, I would need the most expensive treatment — something that was never mentioned beforehand. He also misunderstood the type of cleaning I needed at first.

Then, he offered to cut the price in half and clean the carpets without going through the company, while adding that he couldn’t guarantee a perfect result in that case — which only made things worse in terms of trust.

Since I was trying to get the carpets cleaned just a few days before moving out, I ended up not having enough time to contact another service.
Avoid this company — they are not transparent or trustworthy.

I called to schedule a sofa cleaning in mid-June, and I was quoted $85 over the phone and given a next day appointment. Once the techs arrived, the price was triple what I was quoted which should have been my first red flag, but we agreed.

The guys were in and out in 15min which was surprising it was so fast. They asked for a tip, which I added since I was on the spot. However, once they left and I looked around - the floor was wet and not wiped up, fans weren't turned on / windows not opened which they said they'd do to help it dry. I again shrugged it off as long as my sofa was clean.

This is where the real issues begin.. my sofa looks worse than before they came! I called that same evening and sent photos, and I was given another appointment for them to come back and clean it again. But, the tech didn’t show up for the scheduled cleaning.

At that point, I asked to cancel and get a refund. I've now been calling for weeks and was every time, I'm told management will be informed and promise I'll get a call back. Now they blocked my number and if I call from a different number, they HANG UP ON ME. they said there is no manager and I can’t speak to anyone. So now I paid $300, spent weeks calling, and still need to hire someone else to clean it.

This is a scam. Someone came to remove a stain from our rug, but they used extremely old and dirty equipment and ended up making the stain much worse. After doing some research, he actually damaged my sisal rug more by soaking it in liquid and letting it air dry overnight. I reached out to speak with a manager, but the number directed me to a call center and they claimed a manager would reach out, but they never did (called 5 times).

I should've known after seeing all of the suspicious google reviews (general names with 1-2 reviews), but I was in a rush to find someone.

OpenMaid does a great job with my airbnb rental in Belmont shores. As a host they handle everything logistics wise also.
