Wow honestly I thought there was a few stains that I would have to live with. I called Manny and He showed me otherwise, my girlfriend has been very happy ever since. Manny is punctual and he will go the extra mile to meet your satisfaction. In other words We highly recommend Mark it clean.

Mark it clean went above and beyond my expectations! I called them in a panic after an accident was made on our carpet and they had technicians here he next day! Alex was so pleasent and helpful for the booking. Eric and Bruce did an amazing job and we’re very polite and efficient. They got out all the stains and when they were finished my carpets looked 5 shades lighter bringing them back to their original color from all the filth that was removed. I’m embarrassed knowing how didery our carpets were but so happy with how clean and ftesh smelling they are now. I Highly reccomend mark it clean!

I call mark it clean on a Wednesday afternoon,
I spoke with Alex about what i needed done in my house which was my master bedroom and home office, the hallway and stairs. As i have a puppy that we are potty training.

We set the apt for the following day.
Thursday morning came by 8am i was given a call to let me know they were on the way.
Very professional i am glad and happy I called "Mark it Clean" my home look amazing!

I will keep calling when i need my carpet cleans, they also clean my couch.

After 30 years of trying Carpet cleaning companies for my Property Management Company. I finally found a good one. Always on time. Does a great job and very economical. I have used them for units and my home. Great company.

These people are the greatest!

My home was flooded and I was told by the restoration company that all of my furniture was unsalvageable because it was "black" water. I called Mark It Clean and Mannie came out and looked at my furniture. Only the skirts had touched the water and Mannie was confident that he could clean them. I believed him. He lifted up the sofa, looked underneath and saw no mold. He sniffed the fabric of the skirt and there was no odor, he looked on the back side of the skirt and saw a water mark so he knew how high the water had gotten. The base of the sofa had not been touched with water. He also explained things to me about the process of restoration. I felt good about what he said and am so happy that I called! I now have my beloved furniture in my new, dry, home!

When it comes to mechanics, plumbers, locksmiths, graphic designers and upholstery cleaners, I'm always a little bit skeptical and I need to find someone I trust.

Well with the people at "Mark it Clean" I found a group I can trust.

From the moment I called they were very helpful over the phone and were asking me questions about my carpets that I didn't even think of. Okay, so first test, they really know they're business, always a good sign.

So they quoted me a basic price for a basic clean and we set a time for someone to come at 10am the next morning. Well at 9:55am the "Mark it Clean" truck pulled into my driveway. Test 2: On Time!

The guys come in, get set up and assess the situation. After talking with them for a few minutes they tell me about the different levels of cleaning and sanitation that can be done and I decide to go for the whole treatment. My kids play on this! So glad that I did, the carpet looked amazing!!!

Before they left I got them to do another small room in the house. I wasn't planning on it. When I asked if they could they quoted me a price. I asked if they could give me a discount since I just got the big room done. The main guy, I guess he was, got on the phone to the office and arranged for me a very nice discount, more than I expected.

Bottom line: These guys were very knowledgeable, on time, did a fantastic job and gave me a very fair and competitive price.

I recommend "Mark it Clean" to anyone looking for carpet or couch cleaning and whatever else they might do.

Eric, Bruce & Roberto came to save the day after our yellow lab decided to use our sofa as a toilet. Showed up day of to do a deep cleaning!!! So thankful to Mark It Clean and Bruce, Roberto & Eric! My rug is an expensive and delicate one . therefore I was very cautious. however Mark it clean put all my fears to rest, and exceeded my expectations in service and Quality of the Cleaning. Very pleasant and nice people. they were careful with removing the Furniture.

A great service experience! They showed up as estimated and went right to work. They told us what to expect and how to prepare for them. One thing that impressed me was that they do not use house water; rather bringing their own solution in from the truck. We had a back room done and they ran the hoses around the outside of the house to avoid any possible damage. Very professional and courteous throughout. We were several years overdue on the cleaning, with a new (not housetrained) puppy. Quite a challenge but they did a first-class job and seemed to really care about our satisfaction.

With four animals, two humans and two micro suede couches that are three years old, my furniture was in desperate need of some TLC. I have a warranty on my furniture but when I called them (Guardsman) to come out and clean them, I was told that "maintenance cleaning" was not covered under our warranty.

I called Mark It Clean last week and was able to schedule an appointment for this morning. I could not be happier with the service that I received. Lucas was prompt to my appointment, courteous and efficient. The poor guy had his work cut out for him (did I mention the four animals?) but my couches look fantastic! I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future to have my couches, rugs and carpets cleaned.

After shopping around and being very picky for choosing the right company I made over 15 calls btw, I reached Mark It Clean answered the phone very professionally and they were very patient consider the many questions i had asked, the owner simply knows his job, gave me a few advices how to maintain my carpet the right way. He came and did a wonderful job the price over the phone was in the range we had talked about, I'm very satisfied and will definitely call them again next time I need a carpet cleaner.

HONEST and AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not go for the "Cheaper" option that say $69.00 for 1 or 3 rooms. It's a FLAT OUT LIE. What I loved about Mark is he never "pretended" to be cheaper. He was honest in the beginning of the cost and I appreciated that. He risks losing my business for his honesty by sounding higher but I've been around and I knew his rates were more than fair. I personally, do not want to do business with a company who BAITS you, then ups the price. I'd rather go with the HONEST GUY. He did a GREAT JOB on my couches and my carpet. GO WITH MARK! I just saved you a lot of headache. You're welcome. :)

Great work worked really hard on my carpet I was so happy and pressed that I asked them to do my sofa as well (after they were done i realized how much I needed it) , great service came on time as was set.
I'm thinking to call them again because at the end he told me they do floor/ tile cleaning that I need on my kitchen and dining room.

Mark it Clean did an amazing job! Cleaned my floor rugs and staircase, looks like new now! They came shortly after I called, were great to work with and finished in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again!

I called Mark it Clean a few weeks ago, before I actually got my carpet cleaned just to get an estimate. They sent Lucas out to my house about an hour later to give the estimate, he was really nice & very informative. I called 2 days ago on Monday & they made the appointment for the next day (Tuesday), but had to cancel because nobody was going to be home. After I called to cancel for Tuesday's job, they made an appointment for Wednesday the very next day ! ! They are very, very punctual, they were so early that they caught me in my pjs lol ! Lucas & Pernell showed up on my door, they were professional, super friendly & very patient as I moved my furniture around. They also did their job while giving me a few laughs. In the end they did an amazing job & they know exactly what they're doing ! I would highly recommend Mark it Clean to anyone !

I have used this company for carpet cleaning and never had a problem until now.. I recently had a flood in my house and called Manny over to clean the carpets well it turns out that it need a lot more than just a cleaning. So we started the drying process which took a few days. I explained the situation to Manny and he put me on the phone with someone who wanted me to lie to the insurance company (I didn't) then Manny offered to be there to speak with my insurance adjuster and I thought that was very nice of him then he also offered to put me in touch with someone to replace my carpets and someone to check for asbestos and bacteria , I thought Manny was a wonderful help. I received Manny bill for $880 then he tells me he needs to send me another bill that he wants me to send to the insurance company and this bill shows up at $2,000 I asked him what the extra $1,220 charge was and he said that's not for me that's for the insurance company not to worry about it the day after somebody from his company called and wanted a deductible and they wanted the $2,000 payment now I thought Manny was still working so this was going to cover everything that he was going to continue doing as well as what he's already done I was wrong. Manny showed up the following day and said that his portion of the job was done then he had the abatement company let him know when they were finished with my job here and then told the carpet installer that once we picked everything out to send him our estimate now many had nothing more to do here so why he was getting my information?? This made no sense to me. Then when I questioned him about the $2,000 and why I had to pay it he told me that was the regular bill. That is not what he had initially told me. Then my insurance company calls me and says that Manny contacted them for payment!! I already paid!! The insurance adjuster thought the bill was outrageously High, she stated she hasn't received a build that large for such a small area before, I explained my situation to her and she explained to me how he submitted bills asking for payment I sent the insurance company all of my communications with him along with my receipts she suggested that I contact the Better Business Bureau which I'm going to do. I have also disputed these charges with the credit card company.This is a shady man and a shady company and I no longer trust them!! I will never use them again and I hope nobody else does!! I can not attach pictures but they are posted on my Yelp review. The pictures are of the bill he sent then what he charged me.
