I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment at the last minute to attend an unscheduled meeting at work, but Deshawn was punctual, communicative, and courteous. I would definitely reach out again for services in the future.

Shay was awesome! My experience with the company through the initial phone call to the companies workers coming over to do a consultation has been an ease to handle as well as a pleasurable interaction!

Shay introduced himself with a smile at the front door and a great attitude. When coming over he did an efficient and timely assessment of the couches I needed cleaned. He also helped me decide the best path for cleaning the couch and assured me the whole time through that what ever the customer wants is what they will get.
He was in and out in a timely manner and handled this job with care and attention to detail!

We had a stain left over from usage and it came all up with their hard work! The whole couch was finished within 30 minutes! I am completely blown away.
I will be referring this company as well as Shay to friends and family and will keep this contact on hand !!

I’m honestly really disappointed with the upholstery cleaning service I received. They ended up charging me much more than the original quote, saying they were adding upholstery “satin proofing” and other extras. The whole job took barely any time even though it was a large rug and a 6-seater sectional sofa.

The problem is that nothing actually looks clean. It looks exactly the same as before. When I pointed it out, the technician kept repeating that it’s “not going to look new” and that it would look cleaner after drying. Well, it’s fully dry now and literally nothing has changed.

He also asked me to send the payment through Zelle and left immediately after. The machine he used looked very old and dirty, and honestly it didn’t seem like it was working properly.

I feel completely cheated. It’s really frustrating to spend that much money and get nothing in return. I would recommend finding a reputable steam cleaner instead.you’ll probably pay less and get a much better result.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company quoted $80 to spot clean a rug over the phone. The serviceman showed up and said it was going to be over $200, when I told him they quoted us $80 on the phone he said they don't even start at less than $150. When I declined the service he then charged me $40 just for showing up when there was never an estimate service or cancellation fee mentioned when making the appointment.

Turned up on time and did a very through clean. Polite and happy operator, really pleased with the result.

This review is for a matress cleaning. The company was able to get me a technician the following day, but my feedback is mainly for the way the pricing system is set up and how my place was not left, as well as I’d like.

Initially their one side quote of $60 sounds really good however I would think many would want to get a deep cleaning on all sides of their bed, which was a really unique quoting system to them. And to be frank kind of dumb, dust mites are all encompassing.

It makes sense from a marketing point because it gets people wanting to utilize your service based on the baseline price point. However, after all is said and done, my queen size bed cleaning was around $199, which is comparable for the businesses in the surrounding areas. I will give them points for ability to get me a cleaner in less than 24 hours.

But it seems like they have a lot of customer service reps that don’t follow notes or supply notes per phone interaction. I wish there was a closer quote to what I was charged because I did communicate that I want it cleaning on all sides of my bed and deep cleaned, despite their unique marketing strategy. They also told me on the phone the day prior that they take cards, but they only take Zelle and Venmo conveniently on the day of service.

My technician was on time and was nice but he left my carpets and shoes thrashed around. I would not recommend this company based on price and customer service. When I called to communicate my dissatisfaction, there was nothing to be done.

If you need a 24 hour turnaround, sure. But there’s other companies that will quote you more closely to what you’re looking for over the phone and able to get you serve as quickly as well.

They don’t do what they tell you. They told us that they do steam cleaning the carpet but didn’t even clean a spot. It’s just a scam. Beware of this company.

I’ve used other carpet cleaning services before, but this was by far the best. The stains are gone, and the whole house feels fresher.

This is a scam. This is mobile service with a guy dragging old dirty vacuum and trying to sell you 3 x a quote over the phone. They try to explain that initial quote is for steam and your rug needs shampoo and ideally factory. They start over the phone for $170/rug and offer $350 on spot and $900 factory cleaning. The guy Naor Fraisl… who was trying to push this sale pitch had no business card and insisted that I paid 50% of charge without any invoice or proof of business. Basically you have a guy from the street who asks you to give $500 for $1000 job you did not sign for and takes your rugs away to unknown business or place. I agreed that he cleaned my large and a small rug for $300 on the balcony.the guy brought old dirty equipment . Did not ask me for any water supply. Definitely there was no steam or shampoo clean He charged $300 and asked me to Zelle to account that does not exist. It was flagged as a scam by my bank. He then gave me his Zelle account and asked for a tip. My rugs are dirty and have lots of damage as his equippment pulled silk from my rug. This business is not legitimate and I will file a complaint with Attorney General of California to prevent this people ever doing business in CA
