I called this company to schedule a deep steam clean on my mattress. They said it would be $50 per side. The technician didn’t show up between the two hour time I was told. When I called at the end of the two hours they sent someone 20 minutes later. That was fine- I could deal with 20 minutes late. When the guy showed up I showed him the area I needed cleaned (only about 20” diameter in a large mattress). The rest of the mattress was brand new . He then told me it would be $275. When I said that’s not what I was quoted and other companies gave me a quote for way less he said “well that’s what it is and I can’t even guarantee it will get out” I understand there’s no guarantees about fully removing a stain but to show up and jack up the price that much is insane. When i said no thank you we won’t be needing the service the man said he would do it for $150 if i paid cash and we didn’t go through the company. At that point I felt it was clear he was initially trying to rip me off. I still said no thank you and then he offered to bring the price down to $100. I was already upset that he tried to rip me off so I declined. I don’t appreciate companies not being upfront and honest about their pricing. When I originally called to book there was no disclaimer that the price would be any different for a deep steam cleaning. I found this company to be pretty dishonest.

Within a few hours, everything felt soft and ready to use again. That convenience made life easier, especially with kids and pets who never stay off the floors for long. The results were even better than expected.

They did an amazing job. I didn't have to set aside time. They came early at the appointed time. They moved the furniture and did everything for the exact price quoted. My place looked and smelled great. I would highly recommend this company.

I asked for a final quote based on pictures and dimensions which was agreed to and a quote given. Drove all the way there and was given a higher price. The dimensions measured where exactly what I gave and the type of rugs After a lot of arguing the guy agreed to honor the price given but I took my rugs and left as a matter of principle. And then they tried to justify their actions instead of just apologizing. Avoid!!!

I needed a carpet cleaning done ASAP for one of my rentals. I live out of state and needed it done quickly for a renter swap, called long beach carpet cleaners on Monday and they cleaned it on wednesday. Did a fantastic job and I would highly recomend them for future cleanings.

Contacted this company for a quote on one bedroom and hallway. Was quoted between $150.00-$180.00 ok no problem. Guy comes over to clean my carpet and tells me $300.00 because of pet stains. I told him was quoted $180.00 and I had mention the pet stains! Found out he is a outside contractor. He only took cash or Zeller! He was in my apartment no more then one hour! Total rip off and won't use this company again. My next complaint is to Better Business Bureau and Consumers Affairs! Work was ok but I can still see some spots!

Amazing company and work ethic. I usually don't write reviews, however I felt the need to express how happy I have been with Long Beach carpet cleaners service over the past few months. They come to my business to do a regular cleaning weekly. I run a daycare so I have to have my floors cleaned often. green carpet incredibly professional and thorough. From booking the appointment, until the technician left, everything was smooth sailing. I have never had a technician work so diligently on my carpets. He spent so much time in each room, and made sure he did the best possible job!
