Arrived late, sent 5 cleaners to make up for it? Paid for deep clean, including 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and multiple windows. Only interior of windows was cleaned, item damaged in master bathroom and was discarded. Tried to contact them, no response. Have surveillance cameras in the entire house and outside as well.

Needed my whole house cleaned last week. So I contacted the team and they were very quick and well priced. I recommend their services to anyone looking for a great service

No response? I have to be honest to say this was a bare minimum job the team came and got done. The whole purpose of booking was for a “deep” cleaning not just a regular cleaning. Not sure where that miscommunication came forth after inquiring about it on phone when booking. She gave me price for it and I agreed but even after asking when finished because that was not done, there was no customer service courtesy of even acknowledging if they were able to or not for extra payment. They just left my message on read. There’s dust over the fridge, stains still on the floors, on balcony door, and walls no attending to. I’m very disappointed in this company as I would have paid extra to get those matters resolved since it wasn’t in the “total package” but they just left. Now I am moving out with subpar cleaning

I scheduled a deep cleaning for my condo and they had flexible hours. Lourdes and the other cleaner which I don't remember her name did a fantastic job. They left my condo smelling fresh and clean, thank you guys !! Would recommend :)

Wow !! I was searching for cleaning services in West Hollywood for my office and came across We leave clean. They were very responsive, and had great communication. They were able to book me in quickly and made the booking process very easy. The crew were very helpful and paid attention to the details that needed cleaning in my office. I would definitely recommend this cleaning service to anyone who is in need of a house/office cleaning or an extra help with cleaning. We leave clean was fantastic. Mario kept in touch throughout the process and gave me a great estimate. Their scheduling was also much more accommodating than other companies. After booking, they followed up and arrived on time. We reviewed the job on site, and came to a very fair price for a large job.

They made every attempt to cover every item on my list. This includes items that required additional equipment that they rescheduled a second day for. The final work product was a great value and a huge time savor; I'd recommend them as my go-to cleaning group moving forward.

If anyone could of done the job last minute and still at great price it was We leave Clean & their crew. My boss would never of let me live it down if I didn't get the office areas cleaned and organized in time. I'm happy to made the right choice with this company. Appreciate it!

I stopped using them a year ago and they randomly charged my card out of nowhere for services that were never rendered. When I called them, they said it was a glitch and would refund me. 7 days later the charges are posted to my account anyway! I tried calling them several times but received no answer. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge and issue me a new card so they wouldn't do this again. This is the second time this has happened with them! The first time was a month after I cancelled my services - they charged me even though nobody showed up and I had already cancelled my services. I had to call & text them several times at different numbers to get my refund.

As for the housekeeping, it varied since they would send different people every week. I decided to cancel after several incidents where they broke items in my home. Some even tried to hide it by placing the broken item back together so it didn't appear broken until I picked it up later. In another incident, their staff just threw the broken items in the trash without telling me. I happened to notice it in the trash can after they left.

The staff was kind and wonderful. They were able to clean my apartment same day. The care was personalized and they were able to attune to my specific needs - floor cleaning. They were communicative, affordable, and fast! Would use their services again!

The team was incredibly thorough. I was shocked at the level of detail of the cleaning. My home looked beautiful after. The service far exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be booking again!

The cost was $170.00 for 2 hours of cleaning, 2 people. That's $40 per hour per employee per hour. Not cheap. After 15 minutes into the job, I get a call from the company and the guy says something like "If you want a REALLY good cleaning, it's an extra $125 (around that amount). Otherwise, you're not going to get a good cleaning." What?! No thank you. What a fricking scam. I wanted them to focus on the kitchen: wipe the inside of the emptied cabinets. My wife and I were super busy with other move-in stuff (we were cleaning other things); it was like they didn't clean the kitchen at all. HORRIBLE service.

Wonderful service! The cleaner was thorough and paid close attention to detail. My place never felt cleaner (did a deep cleaning). On top of that, I was able to just leave the apartment while she cleaned (locked up when she was all done). Would 100% use this service again.

I recently tried out this cleaning company on the recommendation of a friend. They were very easy to schedule with and very friendly over the phone. They arrived right on time for my appointment and they did a beautiful job making sure my house was spotless. I was very impressed with them. If you’re thinking about having your home professionally cleaned, I highly recommend going with this company. They are great!

Overall I did enjoy using We Leave Clean. I used their website to get a cleaning estimate and they responded pretty quickly, I believe the next day. I did send a follow up email with a list of cleaning requirements that was given to me by property management just to make sure they were able to do a majority of the necessary cleaning. They also have the services listed on their website for move out cleanings. Their response was transparent and they did let me know which tasks were not included and that was fine. Booking was very easy to do on the website and the price was fair in comparison to other cleaning companies. The day of cleaning, they did arrive about 20min after my scheduled time, but that wasn’t much of a big deal for me. I think I remember seeing a courtesy text mentioning to give a 20-30min grace period. They brought all their cleanings supplies and finished a 2bed 2bath in about 3 hours. After checking their work I did notice that the microwave handle was broken/ detached. They had already left at this point so I wasn’t able to let them know immediately. That’s the only thing I was disappointed about. I felt like they should have told me up front about the microwave instead of me having to find out. I was responsible for the repair costs, which was a bummer being that I didn’t break it, but I just let it go as moving was already stressful.

First of all, do NOT book with this company. Second, I would like to start with the positive, which is that we were avle to book a deep clean the same day because or other booking had been cancelled last minute before christmas. To people came and stayed for 1 h 20 min for a deep clean of two bedrom, one bathroom old house. They expected staying for 2,5 hours, so I was already surprised when they left so early. When I came back, I realized they had only swiped the place real quick and left it quite dirty. On the website they state that a deep clean will leave all your corners clean, but allnour corners was still filthy with dirt and dust. I was so disappointed after having paid 250 dollars for almost nothing. Sent them an email after giving them the opportunity to make up for it. I never heard back. Also, the cleaners showed up without the neccessary equpitment.
