After booking a cleaning appointment online, I was texted that no one was available to clean my apartment, but my credit card was still charged $193.80. I should not have been able to book an appointment for a day that they did not have staff available for; this is terrible management. If you book online, you run the risk of having your money stolen with no one coming to clean your place. I emailed them 6 days ago about this charge, and they continue to ignore me. Stay away from this unethical business; it was such a disappointing experience.

I needed my house cleaned since I haven’t had professional cleaning in over a year. I called Belinda and she made an appointment to come give me a quote. I agreed with the price and made an appointment for her to come clean the house a week later. She came with a helper, both on time, and started cleaning the house while I was working at home. They were quiet, respectful and very thorough. I am so happy with the results and no longer ashamed to have guests over. I will have Belinda come on a regular basis now. If you're in search of a cleaning service there's no need to look further. I have been using Bee-Dazzled Cleaning Service since moving to Long Beach in the spring of 2025 both for my office and for my home. This service delivers across the board! Wonderful owner and wonderful crew. I'll break it down here: Belinda and her crew are beautifully hearted souls. For me that's a huge plus because I appreciate doing business with kind people who have sweet dispositions. As far as the quality of service goes, I doubt you'll find better. Bee-Dazzled lives up to the name and is detail oriented and thorough. Any special requests I have are understood and met in their entirety. My personal and work life can have some quick changes and Bee-Dazzled has been able to flex with scheduled cleanings which I've been grateful for.
I came upon this service through a Google search, spoke with Belinda and from that convo got a great feel. I've been pleased ever since.

Terrible cleaning ladys were old barley move took the sweet time to even get 1 task done other lady can barley hold the mop up n the vacum hose then they said they needed 1 more hr to clean my rest room never again didn't even wipe my glass nor glass doors nothing g but a waste of time terrible wŕk ethic
