I was super impressed with this company. I'm a real estate broker of over 40 years and have many different cleaning crews operate for me on clients' homes I bring to market. This company was responsive; I called on Monday of this week and they did the job the very next day. Then to save me money on the hourly, since it was a bigger job than either of us had anticipated, they sent a 3rd and 4th person to help out. When I popped in to check progress, everyone was hard at work. Really impressive. This is now my go to company!

I've had this service for a couple years. They never do as thorough of a cleaning as you would yourself, but it was enough to get by. Bathrooms and kitchens were cleaned the best while floors were not. I ended up cancelling when after 9 months of trying to get reimbursed for a light they broke never happened. I finally got reimbursed after filing a complaint with the better Business Bureau.

Fantastic! Great help was sent over for before and then after our holiday party. All were kind thorough, conscientious and de screwy while guest were still here. Will use them next year for sure!

I went with Marianna cleaning company over 6 times love it only had one issue which was resolved with a credit ...my only issue after patronizing over and over for good business I think a good discount should be applied to my next appointment 😁...As of 6/15/24, I'm disappointed I scheduled 📅 for 4 hours today. Yesterday Marianna called me to confirm my appointment and we decided to change it from 9 am to 830am. They never showed. I called and left a message why wouldn't the supervisor or a lead check their messages especially if they have booked?an appointment? This is terrible. Let's see how they compensate....reschedule they came out 6/17/24. Staff done an excellent job.

Where do I even begin? My house was a disaster. We had to have it completely rewired and there were holes in every wall and ceiling and because the electricians didn’t cover the house like they said they would, there was debris, dust, dirt, wires and insulation everywhere. I have a 1 year old and a 3 year old and it wasn’t even remotely safe for me to bring them back inside, let alone let them play with any of their dust covered toys. I was recommend a commercial post construction cleaning company who came out and couldn’t handle it. Then I found Marianna’s. The moment I called, Christina put me at ease. She arranged for one crew to come one day. Then two crews to come the day after. It was a giant job and every single part of my house is now spotless. Every tiny toy. Every ledge and door frame. Every counter and catch all. Every single inch. Not one spot of dust. I can’t even believe it. I’m so impressed and grateful. Truly. Hire them. You will not be disappointed.

I have used Marriana’s Cleaning in the past but lately their rates have gone way up. I am a repeat customer and I was charged $402.50 to clean a single story, 2b 2b, 1292 Square foot home. They do a good job but I will not be calling them back again due to the high rates for a repeat customer. They also double booked me and two different cleaning groups showed up one after the other on the same day. They need to get better organized.

Please ensure punctuality when arriving at clients homes as being on time is very important.

If the cleaning time is set for a specific number of hours, it’s essential to use the full time for cleaning to ensure thorough and detailed work.

Arriving late or leaving early can affect the scheduled time so it is important to avoid this.

The ladies who came today, did a fabulous job! My house feels so shiny and clean, and it smells so clean! Every team from Marianna’s cleaning has always done a throughout cleaning! I highly recommend tjis company and their employees!

Marianna’s cleaning service was the best service we’ve had. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and got right to work. They were all so friendly with our kids and never worried about them being in the way. The crew was very thorough and we were very happy with the service.

Marianna’s has been cleaning our one bedroom condo for two years. They’re consistently reliable, sticking to the scheduled day and time, sending the same team leader and not canceling or no-showing. They do good work and take special instructions well. I would recommend them to a friend.

They did a fantastic job. Professionally presented with uniforms and their own equipment. Gave Cecilia and Jose instructions and a few hours later arrived to a clean and great smelling home. Recommended highly.

Quick, easy, affordable, friendly, and they do amazing work! This was my first experience using a cleaning service and I was amazed at the results. I've been using Marianna's services for over two years and am really satisfied. I've recently gone from every 4 weeks to every 2 weeks The price is really reasonable for the level of service. Whenever I call to change service or cancel, they are always super attentive and polite. Housekeepers are thoughtful, polite, and work really hard.

This company is the best I’ve worked with. They communicate so well about my upcoming appts, they work so hard and do such a beautiful job. And the cleaners who come to my home could not be more lovely. It’s the best day when they come.

We had an amazing experience using Marianna’s cleaning service. I had an ill family member who had not been able to clean his home for years, and was a heavy smoker. A crew of 3 came in and immediately began working. They did not stop of 5 hours. In the end, the house looked like it had 20 years ago, the bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and living room were spotless and shining bright. Windows were clean, blinds clean, cobwebs high in the ceiling were gone. I would recommend this service to anyone. They were undaunted by a huge cleaning job. Literally the BEST IN THE WEST!!!! I've used Marianna's in the past when I lived in Orange County and loved their hard work. I moved out to the IE around 7 years ago. The other day I thought I'd just check in to see if they cover this area yet. Sure enough they said yes and the ladies showed up yesterday and WOW! I can't say enough. Such a beautiful job! My swimming pools pump stopped working. I was looking for a reliable and honest technician, luckily I stumbled across Adam. Booking was easy, he showed up on time and within a couple minutes or so he had figured out and corrected the issue. He also covered the fee since the issue was minute. Definitely appreciative because others would have probably charged me for the same issue. As a USAF Veteran, it makes me proud to know that there still are still good people in the world.
