I had my air ducts and carpet cleaned by Hunter Best Cleaning. This company was recommended to me by a contractor friend. I was happy with the work they did. They made sure to cover my furniture when cleaning my air ducts. They also moved my furniture when cleaning my carpet as I was unable to move them myself. They were very professional and I would recommend them to you.

They did a fantastic job! I had them doing clean up post wild fires in Palisades and they pressure washed the exterior, cleaned interior, cleaned interior and exterior of windows, buffed wood floors that were covered in ash and roof, steam cleaned rugs and furniture. Everyone on the crew was very friendly and polite. Highly recommend Hunter Best!

We hired them to do a really deep tenant move out cleaning and they did a great job!!! They missed one spot in a bathroom under the vanity and they came back to complete it the day after.

They are fantastic! Great job on steam cleaning our outdoor furniture and sauna. We wanted someone who would pay attention to the details and cleaning the nooks and cranny’s of the house.

Quite expensive but I think this is a service you hire if you want a really spit shine type of cleaning. We paid $1,400 for 2300 sqft 4bed 3 bath house with outdoor furniture and sauna cleaning. Total hours was like 9 hours of cleaning between 4 cleaning staff members.

I hired them to clean my kitchen, living room and play room as those were the areas exposed to construction. And I’m finding very obvious things not cleaned and since it was a construction zone the dust is caked on. Like the handles of my cabinets, my coffee maker, my kids kitchen set. I’m not asking them to go into the cabinets and clean and then complaining they missed a spot. I’m talking about pretty obvious things. Another example are the picture frames hanging in the playroom are covered with dust on the top. I also wasn’t very happy about the customer experience I have had thus far in seeing how we can resolve this issue. I’m basically told they worked for 4 hours and whatever is clean is clean.

In the photos, you’ll see the tops of my picture frames and notice my fingers drag mark. My daughters play stroller is super dusky, the play kitchen is covered in dust and then I added some kitchen shots.

Also, I think they damaged my brand new window framing which we just got installed because nobody has been in our house since it was installed but unfortunately I was not in the room to see it so I don’t know for sure. I’ve added a photo.

Update:

added a photo of the window sill in the kitchen. I keep finding untouched parts of the kitchen.

I also added a photo of the freezer. I added the cleaner to clean the inside of the fridge and freezer. I only checked the fridge. I never looked at the freezer until just now

I would not recommend this company to anyone I personally know.

George is absolutely one of the kindest individuals. He gave some great advice and easy solutions to keeping our carpet clean. He came fully prepared and cleaned years of out of the carpet. It smelled great and dried within an hour!
The price is worth it and the quality of service was exceptional. I would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be using him for future carpet and floor cleaning needs.

Today is the first day of using Pal's. George is so professional, friendly, and on time. He knows he's job and good at it as well. Moreover, he provided me with a bottle of solution for stain removal whether on shirts or on carpets and also, stated not to put the solution with body contact to avoid skin irritations, and he recommended hand hygiene too. Our hardwood floors seemed to be beyond cleaning and needing refinished. We did not want the expense of refinishing them, so decided to try this deep cleaning. It was amazing! Unfortunately, the lower cost resulted in subpar results, and we had to reach out to Pal’s Carpet Cleaning again to have the job done correctly. I saw that they were running a special in my area on Facebook for cleaning hardwood floors, something I’ve never thought of doing thinking the only way to make my floors look better would be to have them refinished. Anyway, I thought I would give just cleaning them a try. We agreed on a price and a time, and communication was great. They showed up on time and quickly went to work. The results are very good; granted as they suggested my floor still could use light refinishing and some polyurethane but after so many years of dealing with just dirty looking wood floors, they look so much better now. The surface dirt is gone and they look and feel cleaner. They even cleaned the two area rugs I had taken out and for an additional nominal fee. I’m sure when I make a decision to have more work done on my floors, I’ll give this company a call.

I called them in the morning at 10 AM on a Sunday and they were able to make it the same evening to clean and shampoo my couch. The entire experience was great, they were professional and nice, and they got the job done in a good amount of time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
