George and Sandy provide a high level of professional service. We use them yearly and their Team consistently provides excellent service. The Team communicates very well both, via text message and in-person. They help us out in a pinch, especially when our small children dirty the sofa or scribble with black mascara on fabric upholstery. The Team also provides suggestions on how to best care for furniture like recliners, office chairs, and sectionals.

We have 3 cats and 2 dogs that took over our sofa! Pals Carpet cleaning deep cleaned it in 1.5 hrs in a fast and efficient manner! They’re really friendly and hospitable as well as understanding with how embarrassingly nasty our couch was haha They even gave us tips on how to prevent future stains!
I’m so happy with how thorough of a job they did and will absolutely keep them on speed dial! lol
