I've used a few different services for my annual carpet and upholstery cleaning. Jorge has been the best by far. Very efficient, thorough, and informative about what to do in case of a future spill. He's got a great personality and a genuine aura of trustworthiness. I loved how quickly my carpets dried and how clean he got them. My couch looks brand new.

2nd time using them. First for carpet in a 4 level home and recently on marble stairway which is light and had a ton of stains I thought would require new tile. Awesome job, prompt and will definitely use again.

My 2008 Ford Escape's carpets & seats were filthy from previous owner. Pal's came out and did a Fantastic job removing all the dirt & grease. Quick & friendly service, courteous, and upfront about cost (which was a bargain compared to Car Wash detailing). Highly recommended!

George did a fantastic job. He responds quickly, is punctual, and fast. We had 3 year old stains in our carpet we simply could bot get out and he got the job done. Would definitely recommend and i will continue to use his service.

Super fast service. I had multiple deep stains in the carpet I couldn't get out with conventional home carpet machine. They got them out. Whole service was quick!

I used Pals to clean my carpets…full disclosure I have 5 Dogs. Jorge got them, not only clean, GLEAMING!! I wish I would have taken before and after pics because it was amazing.

Kudos to Pal’s Carpet Cleaning for doing exemplary work. They are very thorough, they removed hard stains in my light beige carpet. Here’s what put the cherry on the top for me, I was able to walk on the floor without it being soak and wet. By the time I went to bed, the floor was pretty much dry - unbelievable!!! Never in the 20 years I’ve been getting my carpet cleaned has the carpet been that dry on day one. I STRONGLY recommend them. They are a consummate professional company! Hire them for your next carpet cleaning, you won’t regret it.

Amazing work!!! Husband and Wife team and they were super friendly and punctual. I had called them based off of a referral to work on my clients home and was VERY pleased. The home had tons of dog hair and carpet had not been cleaned in a long time, they came in and completely revamped the carpet making it look brand new!!! Will definitely be using them again.10/10!!

I’ve used them twice now and both times they blew me away. The first time, I had a bedroom that had gone from home gym to pet room — and let’s just say, no matter what I tried, the lingering smell was next level awful. I had practically given up hope… until I called Pal’s Carpet Cleaning. Jorge, the owner, showed up early (yes, early!), was super professional, fast, and most importantly — he got RID of that god-awful smell. I couldn’t believe it. It was like walking into a brand new room.

Fast forward to today — I reached out again, this time for my car’s interior. I inherited this vehicle that looked like a bear and a gorilla had been roommates in it — stained seats, filthy floors, it was a mess. Jorge worked his magic once again.
