This is the third plumbing company we have used since purchasing our home a couple of years ago. We were not thrilled with the first two, but were very satisfied with Belmont Plumbing. I could tell when I called, I was not speaking with someone in a phone bank. The woman was friendly and got me booked for an appointment quickly. When the plumber arrived, he was friendly, got right to work, did a great job, and left the space clean. These guys will be my first call the next time I need a plumber.

First time customer - Dan was very quick to come out, fixed the problem immediately offering a budget friendly solution. Very much appreciate the level of service and honesty!

Daniel came to assess a non functioning shower. He was really polite, knowledgeable and explained everything, even providing info on a Kohler warranty for a part.
I would recommend this place and am grateful for finding such a good plumber!

Oscar was absolutely wonderful in troubleshooting my clogged drain. He explained everything in detail, gave me really helpful, tricks and techniques to avoid future clogs, and was so pleasant and respectful. And he cleaned everything up beautifully. I’m very appreciative of Oscar.

I recently hired Ian to fix a clogged tub and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I called, he was responsive, courteous, and able to come quickly. He arrived on time, fully prepared with all the necessary tools and parts. He put on protective shoe booties every time he came inside.

The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only was the clog fixed perfectly, but Ian also took the time to explain what caused the issue and gave tips on preventing future problems. Their rates were fair, and there were no surprise charges. I also appreciated how he cleaned up afterward, leaving my space neat and tidy.
I highly recommend Ian for anyone in need of reliable, professional plumbing service. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

I highly recommend Rotor Rooter! We recently had a sewage back up in our downstairs bathroom! Their services have been exceptional as well as their response times when called! Ben Pimentel, the water restoration expert came to our home the same night of the flood. He’s very good at his job!
