Called them out for garbage disposal repair or replacement. He wanted $200 just to look at it. I said no thank, that's too much for no solution. He dropped the price to $115 and I had a coupon for $15 off. Goes on to tell me that I need a new disposal and that labor alone for a new disposal would be $800! I of course say no thank you. That is a ridiculous price.
Called a Mullen Plumbing and I have a new disposal for $300 total. New disposal plus labor.
Roto-rooter did nothing for me and had the nerve to charge me $100. I would love my money back.

Very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in assessing and fixing our issue, both short term and with longer term solutions. I have had people make issues far more complex, and overcharge for servicees, in the past, I was very comfortable with the recommended action plan and cost.

My plumbing backed up on the Friday morning of 4th of July weekend just as my family arrived from out of town. Marquise showed up so fast and had thoroughly diagnosed the issue and what needed to be done within maybe 10 minutes, explaining it in a way that assuaged all my stress. He then worked very thoroughly through the afternoon heat in my very not well air conditioned 1920s bungalow (I’m still so sorry) to fix the problem so we wouldn’t have to go to a hotel. He literally had to remove my whole toilet, and pulled a whole root system from my pipes, and had the issue fixed and the place back to normal in just a few hours. He was really professional and personable, and I’m so very grateful! Highly, highly recommended. Thank you so much!!
