I was charged 125. For a diagnosis even though I was told by their dispatcher that it was free. The tech didn't even have to use tools to tell me what was wrong and did no work. Why not just say over the phone, that the cost for him to come out to assess the problem is $125.? However, she DID say NO CHARGE for the diagnosis. DISHONESTY i could have used that money towards replacing a frickin hose.

Had an emergency kitchen blockage on a Sunday. Called a couple of places, Roto-Rooter got back to me right away, had a technician out in an hour. Raphael the technician showed up on time, he was very respectful, had things evaluated quickly. Signed up for the scope of work right then and there and he had things done in an hour and also gave me some advice on how to prevent clogs in the future. One big thing is that he also took the time to clean up which I really appreciate. Super glad I called, if I need plumbing in the future this will be my go to.

Pricing is fair. Service is quick! But the best part is the quality work and financing options. Highly recommend!!! Technician Jose was great!!! 🤙🏽

I was able to book service online and then track the tech's arrival. He arrived on time and was very professional. He clearly explained what he was going to do and took care of the problem in a timely manner. I was able to get a discount found in the app, which was great.

Emergency water heater issue solved in one day. Alpha was professional, helpful and drove all over LA to get us a hot water heater that was under warranty. Outstanding service overall.

The first Roto-Rooter plumber was very personable & said my garbage disposal was all fixed. However, when I tried using it for the first time a few days later, it had the same problem (humming noise). Since the work had a 6-month warranty, I called to get someone else to come out. I then got a call from the first guy--apparently they assigned the same person to the job. He told me the work wasn't covered by the warranty, that it only applied to new products. I said that wasn't true. He then asked what I put down the garbage disposal. I said about a tablespoon of wet cat food. He said you can't put cat food down the garbage disposal. He told me I needed to buy a new one. I knew he was lying to I said I was going to call the company and report him.
When I called Roto-Rooter again, they agreed with me that the work was covered by the warranty and that of course you can put cat food down the garbage disposal. The next person to come out admitted that they work on commission. He showed me how to use an allen wrench to fix it myself.
All things considered, I feel ripped off--it cost me $358 to fix something that just needed a few turns of the allen wrench. I won't be calling this company again.

5 Stars all around for my experience from beginning to end to end with Roto-Rooter! Anytime a water issue comes up, it’s immediately stressful for me. But scheduling was super easy online and the confirmation emails and texts were very quick.

My plumber, Alpha, was exceptionally helpful explaining detailed options with tackling a small leak that evolved into a needed overhaul of my corroded pipes (which I had been holding off dealing with…) He worked efficiently, neatly, and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived.

He was also super patient when answering my questions about some future projects I’ll need help with in my 1941 house. I’ll def make them my GoTo for any plumbing needs - thanks’s again for the speedy help!!!

Raphael was genuinely AMAZING! I cannot say enough about how kind and patient he was in explaining the process and all possible outcomes/next steps. I am very impressed by the great service that such a large company like Roto Rooter gives customers. Paul is very conscientious and clean technician. He diagnosed the situation and explained he how was going to unclog our kitchen sink and how much. We authorized the work. When he finished, he cleaned up his work area and sanitized his work area. Paul is a very knowledgeable technician and a very valuable asset to your company. I recently had roto rooter come out to repair my water heater,and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service technician Alpha was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the repair options clearly making the whole process stress free . The work was completed promptly and my water heater is now running perfectly I really appreciated Alpha’s friendly attitude and attention to detail I would definitely choose Roto Rooter again for any plumming needs !!!
