my husband and i recently decided to switch to a new plumbing company after hearing about their services at a local community meeting. they offered a great discount if enough of us in the neighborhood signed up for their plumbing maintenance plan, so we went ahead with it. we’ve been really happy with the cost and the way they schedule regular pipe and water heater checkups for us. after some changes in the company, the schedule for our maintenance visits was adjusted, which made our bills a bit higher at certain times. but when i called to ask about it, seth from the team explained that their visits are now based on when our water usage hits certain levels. since both of us are over 75 and living on a fixed income, seth helped us by applying a senior discount and arranged a more convenient schedule for our plumbing checkups. the service has been excellent—no issues with our pipes or hot water, and the company has always been quick to respond when we have questions. overall, we’re glad to have found a reliable plumber who really looks out for us, and we plan to stick with them for a long time.

Pass on this outfit......Installed condensor 8/2024 with no permit. They didn't even mention it, but they gladly took my $5k. They did not flush the refrigerant out of my system properly & now my whole ac is contaminated & needs to be replaced - even possibly the condensor that I paid $5k for. I started calling a week after install. They have not fixed or correct the issue thus far. They are "checking into it." I have zero confidence they will fix it. The condensor is possibly leaking oil. They did not install correctly (see photo of part that should not have installed outside). Pass on Power Pro Plumbing.

We had an excellent experience with Mullen Plumbing. I initially called another plumber to clear a sewage backup and they told us our lines were corroded in multiple places. They gave us a ridiculously expensive quote and were very pushy. I then called Mullen Plumbing. Ashley sent Trevor out the same day to take a look and got me a quote the same day. The price was reasonable and they pinpointed the problem immediately. They came out three days later, spent two days working 8-5, covered everything, cleaned the floors when they were done, and the hole they had to make for the pipes was just big enough to get one person in. They also cut the hole to match the grout lines in the tile so the floor was preserved. The whole process was seamless, affordable, communication was excellent, and they treated our house like they would want someone to take care of their home. Superb experience.we have a full bathroom coming up and will be using them again.

Fantastic experience! The team was incredibly helpful and professional- They were responsive, came out to the house next day, the plumber was right on time, completed the job quickly and everything works great, was a reasonable price and a totally positive experience from start to finish. Mullen will be our household plumber from now on. Our neighbor used them and love them, as well.

The first time we hired Mullen Plumbing was about two years ago when we had a problem with one of our toilets. My wife and I were so impressed with their work, overall professionalism and fair service prices that we knew we had to call them when the next plumbing issue came up and I’m so glad we did! Mike was great. We had problems with water pressure in all the hot water faucets. He arrived on time at the time agreed. He is friendly, courteous and professional. Best of all he was able to diagnose the problem and after thoughtful consideration as to the most cost saving options he figured out a way to get us immediate improvement without having to replace the water heater. He completed everything in only 2 hours. I highly recommend Mike!
