Our Sewer line had what we found out was blocked, called J & D Plumbing, & within a hour Steve came out & less than 15-20 mins, it was all cleared, (I hate these tree roots) this is the 1st time with this Company, but not our last, whenever we need any Plumbing done we will be calling them again, & Steve was very Professional, & explained to myself what was wrong, what he's gonna do to fix it, Thank U for a great repair experience,

I didn’t like him, because instead of giving me a quote for what I asked for, he gave me a quote for what he wanted to do. He told me to just vent my stove hood directly outside, instead of rerouting it to the existing vent like I asked. He stated” all they have to do is cut a hole” assuming, wrongfully that my contractor would do it. They won’t, that wasn’t our agreement. He also gave me the highest price and didn’t include the vent. I don’t want my cooking oil vapor or whatever vented to where my cars are!!! He was also very curt, and rushed. I think his name was Bob, the owner. I cannot speak on the quality of their work, because I couldn’t get past the funky customer service. Bye Bob!

Slyvester had a real handfull my leaky tub. He arrived on time and politely went up and down our condo stairs uncomplainingly until he fixed it all. Highly recommended and great value. No more leak!

Just got off the phone with these clowns. The tech I spoke with must have interrupted me 5 or 6 times in a five-minute conversation. He told me at least eight times in that five minutes that their rate is $150.00 an hour and that the time starts when he leaves the job he’s at previous to mine, and doesn’t stop until he drives away from my residence. He also said if he needed to go pick up equipment from their shop, the hourly rate just keeps ticking. Needless to say, I found another service and will NEVER be calling J & D Plumbing back. Save your time, and money call anyone else first.

Giovanni came to my parent's house to fix a main line clog. He sold them a very cheap toilet for a not cheap toilet. I'm replacing it today. He also said that he was going to run a camera down the line to see if there were any blockages. He told them that he would not charge them as he was doing it on his own time. Then he charged them $500 to do it. Now mind you my parent's had already paid him almost $500 for the toilet. When my mother reminded him that he said it would be free he did recall the conversation but said he needed to charge them $250. Needless to say we will not be calling them again! beware

Recently had a Saturday am emergency and called JD plumbing. Robert responded immediately and was over within thirty minutes. Job was done in fifteen and all great. Very pleased and would definitely be using his co for any other plumbing issues going ahead.

I had an emergency repair that needed to be done (water pipe busted under a slab foundation). J&D was able to work me into their schedule and prioritize getting running water back in my home.
Their dispatcher made sure I was informed about timing, their plumbers were there when they said they would be, and they were able to find specialists from their professional network to get the job done quickly and properly.

When a plumbing repair is needed, J&D Plumbing is the company to call. Fast and excellent service. All at a reasonable price.

I am the President of a 9 unit Condo HOA, and I have used J & D pluming often over the past seven years or longer. I was happy with the work they did for us and I got to know Robert and talk to him about personal projects. I had gotten individual trades people's bids and I thought I am just to old to play layperson contractor. I had talked to Robert over the years so I decided to call him and see what he could do for me.

First, Robert speaks his mind and will not BS you. I met with Robert three times before work started, 1 walk through project, 2 bid, 3 meet to reconfirm our understanding what the project involves and who it will proceed. In my case I was installing a whole house water filtration system and drain to service a 125 gallon aquatic turtle tank. A rescue turtle. Paint the room to my specifications, replace a door and lay porcelain tile floor.

From start to finish Roberts workers communicated with me often to ensure the job was going as I had planned, also Robert was on site for most of the project and days he did not spend time, he came at the end of the work day to inspect the work his employees had performed. Anyone going through a major renovation to a room knows it can be stressful, but the one thing that calms you down it the communication, the quality of the work and care to surrounding living spaces and job site cleanliness.

I had a major plumbing problem in the middle of the night. Out of calling several emergency plumbing company. J&D company got a plumber on the line . Gentlemen Don( just great) I spoke with that night and next day gave me good advice , listen to me and understood what was going down. Young lady I spoke to that night great as well and other gentlemen too great customer service. Even tho my plumbing issues were solved (I hope) by property management , J&D plumbing was there for me and ready to go to work for that THANK YOU.
