Beach plumbing performed a complete re-pipe under my house. Beach plumbing met and exceeded my expectations. Pricing is fair and came well under the previous bid from another company for the same job. The plumbing techs were professional, friendly, and helpful. The plumbers have great workmanship and take pride in their work. Below is a detailed description of the job
I have a house that had all cast iron drain lines. I had one estimate to replace my laundry and kitchen drains to the main. The plumber from the first company went under the house and gave me an estimate on exactly what I asked for. I called Beach Plumbing for a second estimate. Matthew, their service tech, came out same day, went under house to look at what I asked for plus to look for any other issues while he was down there. Matthew found an additional leak coming from my bathroom sink. I verified the leak by opening the drywall under my sink and finding a corroded “T” with holes all around it. After seeing that I asked for two separate estimates, one for the three issues I knew about and one for a complete drain re-pipe. I decided to go with the whole house drain re-pipe.
With the whole house drain re-pipe, all drain lines and main line that were under the house were replaced and any walls that were opened up were patched. The job was scheduled to take 3 days, but lucky for me they added two more plumbers from a rescheduled job to work on my house. All of the drain line plumbing was completed and in service at the end of the first day. The second day all of the patchwork was completed. Matthew frequently checked the job progress and took pictures of the new plumbing under the house and the completed patchwork. Matthew and the other technicians frequently asked if I was satisfied with how the job was going. Again I’ll say that I am completely happy and satisfied with the outcome of this job.

We had a great experience with Beach Plumbing. They came in to help us with a broken drain line and ended up coating and repairing a good amount of our pipes. We first met Edwin and he was really helpful with diagnosing the problem. Then the crew consisted of Luis, Caesar, Ramiro and Adan. They were all very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Luis made sure that he communicated with me through all the stages of the job. He made sure I understood it all and what was required. Called Beach for a clog in the toilet. Jesus responded to the call. Informed him the toilet unclogged itself. Jesus looked at the disposal. Was informed what we needed for that. Even though no plumbing work was needed the information that Jesus gave us was greatly appreciated. Because of Jesus‘s friendliness and knowledge. Have used Beach Plumbing on numerous occasions in the past and they are by far the best in Long Beach: always available, prompt (including accurate and proactive texts informing of ETA within the promised window), courteous, helpful, efficient and affordable. Today AD came out to help with a frozen faucet handle. Was in an out in 20 minutes, arrived exactly on time and texted a half hour in advance to let us know. Just doesn’t get better than this. Customers for life.

I have a guy and his name is Edwin! Seriously, call Beach Plumbing for any and all plumbing issues. They did a complete replumb and vent install four years ago and it is perfect! A recent check of another small issue reminded me that I have complete confidence in this company.

I’ve used Beach Plumbing for a few small jobs before, which they always accomplished quickly and professionally. Which is why I called them this time for what I thought was a small clog but turned into a major project when leaks were discovered in the 78 year old, cast iron drain pipes under my house. They worked on my house for three full days for a total home drain replacement. It was a huge job, but the cost was competitive and fair. They did an outstanding job and treated my home carefully. Always covered everything, cleaned up everything they did, and never once made it feel intrusive while my wife and I worked from home and our kids would come home from school each day. Luis and Robert showed up early for a hydrojet and toilet repair. In order to begin we needed access to the line. Unfortunately, our lawn had grown over the access valves and so we began the hunt. These guys were so patient and willing to do the least intrusive things to locate them. After a bit of time and a camera in the drain, they located them! They were beyond friendly and made the whole experience easy and professional. Our lines are clear and our toilets are humming! I’m definitely using them again and highly recommend!!
