Nick was amazing! He was on time and went right to the point and fixed my minisplit in minutes. He also did my AC maintenance. Great professional service with a great amicable attitude.

Nick and his team were great, fast service. Our AC outdoor unit had a blown capacitor and leakage. Nick handled the repair in an afternoon. Very satisfied, friendly service, would recommend!

Prodigy Plumbing repaired and lined 60 feet of sewer line from the clean out to the street. Whole lot roots. Ozzy came out and ran a camera down the line. Showed me the problem. Gave me quote. Gave me options. Gave Ozzy the go ahead and started on a Tuesday and finished on Wednesday the next day. Just like to say thank you for the professional work that was done in a timely manner. All Prodigy employees that I dealt with were very nice and knowledgeable.

My sink was leaking and Prodigy Plumbing scheduled a visit on the same day. Trent (the technician/plumber) who visited us was amazing. He was able to figure out the problem really quickly and gave a quick and cheap solution. And the diagnosis was free! I will definitely reach out to Prodigy Plumbing and Trent for all future plumbing repairs.

Steven Garcia came this morning and was so pleasant and helpful -it was just not like a normal service. He checked everything- fixed everything and smiled the whole time. He even told us how we could fix something quickly on our own to save ourselves hundreds of dollars in repairs. He was honest and helpful and skilled. Can't recommend him enough..

This company is a TOTAL SCAM. They came out to video the sewer line of my 97 yr old mother-in-law and told her she needed $28,000 worth of work to repair the line. Donny, the technician tried to pressure her to sign the contract on the spot. Luckily, the price was so outrageous we called another plumber who also videoed the line and found NOTHING wrong with the sewer lind. Clearly, he was trying to take advantage of my elderly mother-in-law. We called the owner to make him aware and he never called back. Do NOT trust this company!!

As always great service. Technician Russel Stephan explain exactly what he was doing through the whole process. It help me to be better prepared next time. Great company!

We have used Prodigy 3 or 4 times and been so happy every time. They are very prompt in coming to the home to assess what needs to be done. The latest time we used them was a pretty big job clearing out sewer lines and replacing damaged areas. They got it scheduled for same day work and had the crew out right away. All the guys are really easy to work with and super friendly. The job was even completed a day early! Everything was put back together and cleaned almost like they were never here. The best experience I have ever had with a contractor.

I’ve used Prodigy Plumbing for their plumbing services for more than 10 years. They recently reached out for a complimentary HVAC maintenance check up. Nick was the tech who took care of our system. He was very personable and polite. He cleaned our condenser, replaced our air filter, checked the thermostat and also checked the static pressure and air flow. He offered a maintenance program but wasn’t pushy, which I appreciated.

Prodigy has always stood by their plumbing work if issues have arisen. I recommend them.

Trent at Prodigy Plumbing came out and unclogged our drain. He gave us options shorter and longer term and prices for such work. Plumbing is one of those things like electrical which I really want to be sure I have a professional working on. These guys are honest and they’re pros. If you don’t want to worry about future plumbing surprises, hire them.

Great experience dealing with Prodigy Plumbing!! We had a garbage disposal break and they were on able to come out next day. Fair price and wonderful service technician.
Second call was a leaking toilet. Again wonderful office staff able to send someone out next day . Trent did a fantastic job diagnosing and repairing and again fair pricing. Will definitely make them my go to for any plumbing needs.

Prodigy was amazing to work with. I had 4 different plumbers come to give me a quote for something small so I can compare prices but Jose from Prodigy was the only one that found a leak underneath our house that was clearly there for months. Fred Rojas and Marcos Padilla were the technicians for the work and they were super professional and knocked out the work in half a day when I thought it was going to take the whole day. The managers Steve and Joseph were also super good to work with, and were very professional, and took care of everything really well. Big thank you to Jose, Fred, Marcos, Steve, and Joseph from Prodigy!!

Long Beach Gas determined there was a gas leak at our newly purchased home after we had the gas shut off for fumigation tenting. Prodigy performed a pressure test and determined the issue could be resolved by replacing all of the manifold piping at the meter for a cost of $3,875. The next day a different plumber came out and had to leave to get the proper materials (while the first guy said he had the material list) He completed the work, we called the gas company back out and a leak was still present. Another group of plumbers then came out the next day and decided the best solution was to repipe the entire home at a cost of $28,000 - ripping out and replacing finishes. At this point we determined to consult with other plumbing companies and remain living in a home without heat or hot water. Four different plumbers with different thoughts and history and time lost at a $4k price tag is not my idea of efficient or cost effective. We have determined different ways of further isolating the leak to limit a full repipe. I would not recommend Prodigy for this type of service.
Update: Prodigy returned in an effort to “make things right” and prolonged our issue even further. We sent our other plumber, who was headed in the right direction, away, so Donny could make more incorrect assumptions and perform inadequate testing resulting in a third failed test from the gas company. Donny said he would return the next day but did not - thankfully. Our other plumber did and ended up fixing work Prodigy performed including a valve installed incorrectly and locating leaks and fixing what Donny and Prodigy could not fix. They then performed a pressure test with an appropriate amount of air (40 lbs vs Donny’s 10 lbs) and an appropriate gage which shows the increment to which LB Gas Company tests to (digital vs Donny’s analog) and we now have heat and hot water and will be pursuing a credit from Prodigy for the work they performed and charged us which we had to have redone to get our gas turned on. If only we could be reimbursed for our pain and suffering too.
Update: On 3/4/25, after following up several times by email and phone, Prodigy did refund me all of the money charged for their work.

Had a plumber come out and install grab bars in my shower. He made sure they were in studs so they were secure. Am very happy with them. He was very polite and listened to my suggestions.

Excellent professional and knowledgeable plumbing services were provided by Russel and Fred,, techs, to resolve my toilet leak. They were both commutative and pleasant when making the diagnosis, presenting options and then installation of a new toilet. In addition, Joseph, who assisted with information gathering for toilet selection plus the 2 gals in the office who kept me informed regarding installation, appointment time, etc were all skilled, communicative and very knowledgeable. A great team that provided it all!

Entire home repipe and drains. The workers were efficient and communicated with me through the entire process. A few hiccups along the way, but corrective action was done to keep my project on task. I am satisfied with the work done.

The team was awesome. Steven came thru with Russell for the diagnosis, then Russell came back with Erik to install the water heater. Cool guys. Very professional and knowledgeable!

We could not use either, bathroom! Prodigy Plumbing, came that same day & started the work early the next day. By that afternoon everything was working!
Thanks to Cesar, who tried to finish the job, but we had a bigger problem. Donny, came & described our opinions. It was more money then we hope to spend, but they have a 12 month s no interest.
Thanks to Marcos for his repairs! Today Erik came filled in the hole. Everyone I mentioned were polite & friendly. Cesar even brought us donuts on the day of the repair.
