Excellent work absolutely gorgeous. They arrived on time. Staff behave was very good. I am very happy and satisfied with their service. They fixed my tab within one hour reasonable price high-quality works.

We had our water heater replaced by A1 best plumbing. Bobby was courteous professional worked quickly. He explained everything that needed to be done. Would recommend his services.

We have been having some issues with our kitchen sink that needed it to be re-piped, as well as some other minor work around the house like snaking a shower and bathroom sink.

We had someone arrive about an hour after their original window of 2 hours. He seemed friendly and professional enough.

However, he quoted us $1955 to fix these issues. It seemed incredibly high at the time, so we said we would need to think about it. He sent us an invoice that night. The next day, we sent that invoice to 2 other plumbers who said this company was extremely padding their numbers.

We had another company come out and fix these issues the next day, they charged us $1000 less than what was quoted for the same work.

Pretty annoyed that A1 wasted my time and tried to take advantage of a 9 months pregnant woman. Shame on this company.

I am extremely impressed with the service provided by Bobby from A1 best plumbing . When our bathroom pipe froze, he responded promptly. He not only unfroze the pipe but also offered valuable advice on how to prevent similar issues in the future. He was very personable and professional. We will definitely rely on A1 best for all our future plumbing needs.

I had an emergency leak in one of my listings that needed to be addressed over the weekend. A1 Best Plumbing answered their phone immediately assessed the problem over the phone and immediately recognized that it was not an emergency and that I would save over $200 for my client by putting the work off until Monday!

Their assigned plumber showed up on time + sent videos to back up the work to be done + sent receipts + communicated with me beautifully.

I made an appointment for an estimate to install a Comfort System on a hot water heater. I picked Prodigy Plumbing because of their great reviews, which were spot on. Steve was their estimator and was professional, friendly and honest to a fault. He was very informative and thorough, explaining our options with his best intentions for our decision making. This is incredibly rare in my experience, where most contractors mimic used car salesman in their selling tactics. I was looking for an honest, professional and ethical plumbing company and Prodigy Plumbing is my go too from now on.

We had a new pressure reducer regulating valve installed on our water main today. Victor did an excellent job installing the valve and went above and beyond to make sure the surrounding components were updated. The Prodigy team is amazing. I won't lie, they are definitely on the pricier side when it comes to repairs, but honestly you get for what you pay for. Recently, my home warranty sent me another plumber to take care of my water heater and the experience was pretty awful. My house was left dirty, the guy was upset that he had to extra work, and I never even got a receipt of the work that was actually done.

On the other hand, Jerry, Steve, and Cesar came in to do several plumbing items at my house a couple of months ago. Not only were they extremely professional, they also explained every step of the process. They helped me out with some items that I was not aware about, so I appreciate them for that as well.

Posting an update (2/25/26): I am currently attempting to resolve a billing discrepancy regarding linear footage installed vs invoiced. I hope we can resolve this directly.

I had a great experience with Prodigy Plumbing! Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home.

Day one:
Jose came out and did a great job snaking the drain from the laundry area to the kitchen sink and main tie-in. Afterward, Steve performed a camera inspection of the line from the clean-out through the laundry and kitchen tie-ins to the main. He clearly explained the situation and recommended de-scaling, which was scheduled for the next day. Later that afternoon, Marcos came to repair damaged piping near the laundry drain.

Day two:
Marcos and Fred returned to handle the de-scaling of the entire pipe run. They were efficient and detailed. Steve also came back for a final camera inspection, confirming the line was clean and clear.

I coordinated much of the work with Ariel via text, and she was helpful in managing the schedule. The only small issue was that I requested photos of the completed work under the house (so I wouldn’t have to crawl under myself), and while Ariel acknowledged the request, it was unfortunately overlooked.

Despite that, the team delivered excellent work, and every technician was courteous, tidy, and respectful of my property. I would definitely use Prodigy Plumbing again and highly recommend them to others!

Chris and Trent were amazing! They were quick, efficient and explained the issue and how they resolved it. My garbage disposal wasn't working and they figured out the problem and fixed it in no time. They also helped with the handle of my toilet and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the company and would call them back with my next issue.

Our kitchen faucet had a leak and we were having trouble trying to install the new one. Prodigy sent out a technician the same day for a free consult. I really appreciated Trent’s friendliness and extensive efforts in trying to find a solution for our particular challenge! The price we were quoted for the install did seem a bit high compared to some of the other quotes I received, but overall a positive experience with this company!

My water heater pilot went out again and for some reason my husband couldn’t get it to turn back on. We were out of hot water for 24 hours and so I decided to call Prodigy Plumbing. This is my second time using their service and they were great both times. The lady answer the phone and got me an appointment for a service guy to come out the same day. Steven came again and this time, Chris, was with him. They were able to turn it back on on the first try. They were punctual with a text prior to their arrival with an ETA. Very professional and knowledgeable about water heaters and gave me recommendations on replacing it when I’m ready. I will definitely reach back out to Prodigy for any services and for the water heater replacement. Thank you guys so much! I highly recommend this company and I would not go anywhere else!

Prodigy was able to provide a quick response time. Russell was extremely thorough assessing my gas leak. He evaluated the plumbing underneath the property as well.
Donny repaired and secured the area that was leaking safely and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

Great job. Russell was able to diagnose my water heater problem quickly and correct the issue. He even fixed a non plumbing issue that I was having a problem with. Russell has a great attitude and I will definitely call Prodigy when I have a plumbing issue.

We had a shower that drained slow, a sink that drained slow and we needed a faucet in the kitchen replaced. I called and was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. I agreed to the price of this repair, so I have to share some responsibility here. Having the need for a repair to be scheduled quickly and not having the time to shop around was my downfall, and led to me being taken advantage of.

Prodigy cut open my bathroom wall and fixed a water leak in the drain pipe behind the vanity. I removed the vanity myself and had the jobsite ready when they arrived, so it was very easily accessible. Their price did not include patching the wall. Only the repair.

They supplied one 1-1/2" ABS sanitary tee, one 1-1/2" Fernco coupling, and 90 minutes of labor. So $15 in parts and the technician was done in 90 minutes.

THEY CHARGED ME $2450 FOR THIS REPAIR. So their labor rate worked out to about $1633 per hour.

As you have already figured out, I will NEVER call Prodigy Plumbing again and am sharing my experience with my shocked family & friends who think I was an idiot for agreeing to this repair. They are correct.

Fool me once, shame on me. There won't be a second time.

I thought our tub wasn’t draining but it was a lever issue. A quick fix and did not charge us for the minor issue.
