I had an emergency early this morning. Called A1, spoke to Vincent who was great. Then Ron and Dominique came and diagnosed the problem. They did a temporary fix to tide me over until tomorrow morning. I’ll give an update then. Super nice people. Maybe a little expensive, but it was an emergency situation.

Update: the next day, German and Sebastian came to install a new water heater, piping etc. they text you when they’re on their way, and there’s an app showing you where they are. I thought that was hilarious for some reason, probably unnecessary, but great anyway. German and Sebastian were very friendly, and I think read the room well: I was freaking out, they were super polite and supportive. German did most of the work, I think Sebastian was basically apprenticing. They installed everything, and German pointed out some issues with my plumbing, which I knew about, but he explained it in a really clear way. They really were awesome, and these guys are my new plumbers, which hopefully I’ll never need again, but you never know.

They also have a repair service who will do a small job for me on Monday. I’ll add to this review after that, but I expect they’ll be great.

I got service an hour after I called. Plumber was prompt and polite. Even went to speak to my next door neighbor to get to my pipe. About the expected price for fast service.

I called A1 plumbing to install a kitchen sink. Araceli was able to provide a quote over the phone and the work was performed by German on the same day! He did an excellent job and was very professional. Definitely recommend!

German was the name of our plumber and he was amazing. He got to us in a timely manner and was nothing short of wonderful while he worked on what was supposed to be a simple bathroom sink unplugging. Turns out it was much more than that, but he was very knowledgeable about our complicated issue and explained each and every step he had to take, both necessary and unnecessary, so we could make the decision ourselves as to whether to have him fix it or not. There was zero pressure involved and he even gave us tips along the way. German made an ugly situation (nobody loves plumbing issues, am I right?) a pleasant one with his personality and joyful spirit... to say nothing of his professional and expert knowledge of his job. Thank you German for helping us with our very old and corroded pipes! Sorry for all the work we ended up putting you through, LOL. Everything is working great today!

We called A1 Best Plumbing- Emergency, Plumber after our house got a persistent drain clog after trying several DIY methods. They set a time and made the appointment. The technician worked diligently to resolve the issue while wearing protective gear and was polite. Our drain was back to its original state in less than an hour. Outstanding for their professionalism, and attention to detail. The price was reasonable and well worth it. Highly recommend A1 Best Plumbing- Emergency Plumber for prompt drain cleaning!

Excellent service from beginning to end. I called A1 due to a sewage backup in my apartment. Robert came out in a timely manner & began working. Robert had to call in some help, that's when Ron stopped by as well. They had to access the mainline from the roof but they got it. I would definitely recommend A1.

Bobby and Sebastian did a wonderful job. Not only were they professional but also made sure everything was working perfectly.

What an excellent experience! Our technician was just great. What should have been a simple repair became more difficult. He had to make extra trips to the hardware store to get the right parts. He was cheerful and obviously took great pride in his work.

Issac did an amazing job, great discount & quick and easy to work with. Unclogged the sink in minutes.

I was so very impressed with the level of care and consideration, and a quick resolve to my issue, which was a plugged sink that I attempted to unplug only to no avail when I opened up underneath the sink to my utter dismay, I sprung the leak and then saying it mildly Bobby from A1. Best plumbing came over quickly assess the problem got it resolved. It was a bit on the tough side, but and I could not believe how fast he got to my house. I believe it was in an hour and a half maybe sooner when the phone went out I can’t ask for anything more than that I would highly recommend them to God be the glory

Ronald is the best! He was communicative, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. He was able to explain what the issue was and made the process so much easier. I know who I’m calling if we ever run into a plumbing issue again!

I call A1 Best Plumber late in the day for an emergency. I was reassured that help was on the way quickly. Ronald England and his colleague Dominique arrived and immediately went to work. The plumbing issues were complicated but they knew what they were doing. They explained everything step and gave estimates of the costs as well as as suggestions about how to save a little money. They are very trustworthy, always arriving on time. They were neat and clean as well as easy to talk to. I would highly recommend them and A1 Best Plumber for any plumbing repairs

When our handyman discovered the leak we thought was the sprinkler system was in fact a leak in our water main after they dug down to the main.

We called A-1 Best Plumbing they were at our home in about an hour. Our water main shut off was suspect so they had the city out to shut the water down in about 20 minutes.

After a little over an hour they had replaced the piping, and were on their way. As well, the final cost was under their initial bid.

We have used A-1 Best on other home plumbing needs and they always come through.

I would highly recommend this business. I came home to a leaking water heater, which had spilled water all over my garage. The “emergency” plumbers that were contracted by then property management company would not pick up, and I called here out of desperation. They walked me through the steps to take to stop the emergency, and never asked for any payment. In fact, they took more than one call for me as I tried to figure my situation out, and never asked me to pay them for advice. When I told them I wasn’t sure if I could hire a third party plumber, they still helped me out. I’m deeply appreciative and could not be more laudatory of their professionalism
