Excellent. Mr Jeremy Fulton explained the whole process in terms that where easy to follow. He went through the whole tear out and install stage by stage. Also he explained the other plumbing issues I had at my house. I have to admit I was skeptical at first when I was given a arrival window of 12p to 4p. Seems that I was going to be stuck at my house waiting. That however was not the case. I fact he was an hour earlier then the start of the window. I was pleasantly surprised. I bit pricy but I now know why.

Ben and Nathan did a wonderful job. Went straight to work, gave me options, settled on the best solution and we’re done in a timely manner. They asked questions, asked if I had any questions and cleaned up after themselves. They followed COVID-19 protocol with masks, gloves, booties at all times. I will have them back again for other work in the future.

I really like these guys. So professional friendly and knowledgeable. They replaced the ductwork and installed dampers to even flow air across the house and into each room. They completed the work, adjusted the flows, checked them to my satisfaction, cleaned up, sent me before and after photos. I am part of a maintenance program where they come 3 times a year and check/ tune up my hvac clean my filters make sure optimally running. All of them super clean and neat, respectful, friendly. I can’t ask for more than that. And I’m supporting a local small business.

Brandon went above and beyond to ensure that the plumbing on our new home was in prior condition. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also a really good communicator and on time. Highly recommended.

Nathan was very professional and courteous throughout the entire service. He explained each step of what he was doing to hydrajet my drain. He also told me how to prevent the drain from clogging again.
He also suggested for the future if I would be interested in getting a membership for servicing my entire house. I told him since I was moving that it may not be beneficial, however I may consider it for my next home.

Nathan and Kyle did an awesome job, when Nathan showed up he reassured me and made me feel at ease. I had water coming up from the ground and I had no idea what was going on. Nathan explained in detail what he would do if I accepted his estimate; which was not overly priced for all the digging he and Kyle had too do. He’s assurance and having the extra help with Kyle made the job that easier and they did a very professional and fenomenal job. I will definitely would do business with them soon. I had Cody swing over and help me repair a leak under the kitchen sink of a dream house my wife and i just purchased. we moved here from Washington State and cody was awesome, super patient with us, and even told us about the area as a local. very impressed with the service and of Cody in general, highly recommend and I am glad i found Crystal Blue Plumbing right away.

Scott Petty was the technician that came to our home. He was courteous and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He showed me an itemized list of the parts needed including corresponding prices. The price he quoted for the repair seemed very reasonable. We will definitely be using Crystal Blue Plumbing, Heating & Air in the future.

The response time was very prompt, and flexible when I needed to change my appointment. Our tech, Sean DeSalvatore, was very knowledgeable, professional and skilled in what he does. He made recommendations according to our specific problem. The job ended up being bigger than anticipated, but he stayed until it was done. They left our area as clean as when they came. I would definitely call this company in the future, and will request Sean.

We had a leaking connector to our bathroom sink. We purchased a faucet from Home Depot and set up an appointment for C.B. to install it because I am handicapped. The appointment was 3 days away. I recieved a call from Michael saying they had a cancellation and could come right over. Brandon arrived and made quick work of replacing the faucet at a reasonable cost. Great work guys and thank you so much!!!

I am a first time home owner. I know scary times! My fiancee had accidentally sprung a leak. He quickly called Crystal Blue Plumbing, (he said later it was the first one he saw online, Thank goodness it was!) where he spoke to the owner and he talked him through how to shut off all the water. Just that jester of being so helpful really floored my fiancee and he then set up an appointment for the next day in the afternoon. They then called that morning to say that they had a cancelation and said they could be there right away. (Which was great because the dispatcher had remembered that I was going to be there all day painting! So, thoughtful) Tom, who is excellant, came in talked to me and told me what he was going to do, got right to work and then to boot he did a free inspection of plumbing. He completed the leak and wrote all the estimates for the work we needed to have done. On a norm this kind of thing is extremely overwhelming for me but he was just so pleasant and nice it really put me at ease! I am thankful we found them and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had a dripping shower faucet that needed to be replaced and Brandon Collins was our technician and he did an awesome job. All the work was done timely and with excellence. They’ve performed a few different services for us now, and all of their technicians I dealt with were professional and responsive and seemed knowledgeable. Nathan is especially good. Great quality workmanship and timely performance. Great notification system lets you know in advance who will be coming to do the work. Excellent company all around!

Brandon was helpfully informative and efficient. Very friendly. I was amazed that there was no charge for the visit (simply needed to relight the pilot on our water heater). I appreciate the thorough explanation of the estimate for a replacement water heater.

Scott came over to check our furnace unit. He pointed out rust all around the base of the unit (combo HVAC) where a drain was not installed with the unit’s AC. He gave very clear information and fixed it along with the heating inspection.

Change came over to relight the pilot light of our water heater. It had been blown out by the winds from a couple of days ago. He also pointed out some rust already forming due to improper/lesser quality installation and neglect of code observation. He also took the time to do a quick check on our other water heater close by. I love how he encouraged me to ask any questions. I’m definitely staying w/this company!!
