Had a terrible service. This company lies about their fees and does not disclose other fee details that they leave out. The manager Sam was rude and not workable. I asked to be speak to his supervisor as he said I cannot do that. We are expecting a call back from the owner Alan. They contract out.they do not provide service direct.
Worst Customer service and even the manager was very rude and disrespectful. i would not recommend this company to anyone. I cant believe big respected company deals with this kind of service company.

We have been working with this company through GE to repair our dishwasher under warranty. Their service has been very slow, the first technician didn't bother diagnosing the power up issue, they have cancelled a visit and scheduled two others when my wife specifically told the she wouldn't be home. On top of that the receptionist has been rude. Would not recommend. We are asking GE for a different repair facility.
Such a crappy company. Could not fix the issue after multiple trips out, whomever answers the phone is super rude and Chris (the tech they sent) straight up told us “I don’t know what I’m doing so you may need to call again for service” then proceeded to give us his personal # and told us he would work on/fix the issue at a cheaper cost than the company who sent him—basically undercutting them. Just a horrible experience overall.
