The crew followed his direction really well and the place started taking shape quicker than I thought it would. Every time I walked in I could see real progress and Simon made sure any little change I wanted was handled. The finished ADU feels solid, clean, and exactly how I pictured it. I’m really happy with how he guided the project.

Every day I could see small changes that made the room look cleaner and more finished and they were good about fixing little things without me having to point them out. By the time they wrapped up, the bathroom looked brighter, more open, and honestly just way nicer to use. It feels like a space that finally matches the rest of my home and I’m really happy with how it turned out.

Our full home remodel with Simon as the project manager at Cali Builders & Construction exceeded all our expectations. Simon made a huge project feel manageable by staying organized and keeping the team focused. Whenever we were unsure about design choices, his guidance made decisions easy and confident. The quality of work throughout the house is remarkable and it’s clear he cares about every detail. Living in our finished home, we notice the thoughtful touches that make it truly special. Simon made the remodel feel personal, smooth, and exciting and working with him was a real pleasure.

I cannot recommend Cali Builders & Construction Inc. enough! They did a fantastic job on our home renovation, specifically handling our electrical work, new flooring, and interior painting. The transformation is incredible the floors look amazing, and the paint job (especially the trim and doors) is flawless. The team provided great service throughout the entire process, making sure everything was done to a high standard. If you are looking for a reliable company that delivers quality results, definitely give them a call.

Bad company, they hiring workers that are not professional and drinking under the influence while working on projects, doesn’t get the job done on time, too much excuses. No communication.

After CGS team finished my ADU, I am so delighted because my old garage literally just for storage and never used it. Now I can use it or and for future rental income. CGS contractor took care everything from A through Z process. I don’t have to worry about design the ADU that you want it and permit. My sister’s house were built and finished by CGS team too.oh yeah, my ADU was the 7th best design in the state.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This is the most UNORGANIZED, INCONSIDERATE, and blatantly UNPROFESSIONAL Project management company I’ve ever seen. In the span of the last 2 years living at the apartment complex that they are responsible for, we have had more water shut offs than I can count. Some of them falsely notified and never taken place and others never notified. I even had the water shut off mid shower one day because they chose not to notify the tenants. Another time while redoing piping, their team left a massive hole in my Celine with and more than clear sight into the bathroom of my upstairs neighbor. So much so, that I could have handed my neighbor a roll of toilet paper had they needed it. As a father and with a family, it is more than disconcerting that my wife or child could be in the bathroom or shower with a peeping Tom upstairs to look into our space. Simply coving it up or having the decency to work with us would have been enough given the construction situation. We get it, there are inconveniences with construction. But this company continuously disregards anyone that doesn’t convenience their job. I’ve tried going to the manager of the appartment and even their hands are tied and have nothing to do with the project management team. They’ve had us move our cars early in the morning for jobs that their team doesn’t show up for, they’ve had people drilling into our walls with hack saws while our baby is sleeping with no notice, and they are responsible for putting slippery laminate and tile flooring less than 5 feet from the community pool when my baby has slipped and hit their head along with fedex workers, and other grown adults who have all complained about the slippery floor as well.

Needless to say I would NOT recommend this project management company to anyone. Go with a more structured and professional team that will consider the individuals directly affected by the work they do.

Rcw construction Inc crew was punctual and friendly throughout the entire process. Joseph and Chris were very attentive and always responded quickly to any questions I had. Their crew arrived on time and maintained the space tidy and orderly while doing an outstanding job finishing the project. Rcw struck me greatly, and I would highly recommend them for their excellent foundation work.

RCW is a very reliable construction company.
They are a family owned business that specialized in concrete work.

Excellent across the board—can’t recommend higher. They made the most reasonable cost bid for our project and then delivered under budget. Workers were exceptional, Chris and Joseph were professional, very communicative at all stages and extremely helpful.

Don't be fooled by the name. I requested a quote from them for a very minor repair. They price was anything but affordable. After getting a few more quotes I realized how out of line it was and decided to write a review. Don't waste your time calling them unless you feel like being price gouged.

This company does very poor quality work. I regret using them for my home renovation.

I recently have my house retrofitted, they done a very good job, completed the project as they promised, I would recommend them to friends.

Consumers, beware of this company!!!!!. In 2017, I bought a home that had work done by LC Construction Company back in Dec 2016. The work was supposed to be for a foundation issue and agreement was between previous owner and this contractor. A 30 year warranty was issued to the previous owner that initialized the agreement. This warranty certificate was passed on to me stating that they would respond in case of any issue. Throughout 2017 small cracks started appearing in the walls until they gradually became larger and deeper, thus, in January 2018, I contacted LC Construction to come and inspect. Mar (inspector for LC Construction), stated that the problem was my fault due to a leak of water, which never happened (soil was wet because the inspection took place after raining days). I brought this to the attention of the realtors and BBB, unluckily wasn't able to get assistance from anyone. Recently I had to acquire services from a different contractor and a soils engineer to support beams, fix concrete foundation and lift up one side of the house. It was concluded that the retrofitting work, done by LC Construction, was not even a solution for the foundation issue of my home. So Basically this contractor walked away from his warranty responsibility and his services were useless.

Great location and easy to find on Google Maps. It would be even better if SG General Construction had a website so customers could easily view products, prices, and contact details before visiting. That would really improve the overall experience.
