I would highly recommend this place for home remodeling contractor. The best contractor in the Los Angeles area. I'm very picky when it comes to choosing a company to renovate my home. But I was referred to this business through my friends and the reviews on this helped me with an easy decision.

Omg so happy I found them for my kitchen. It's so hard to find trust worthy home remodeling contractors. I seriously interviewed 5 contractors and these guys where clear and concise about the time it would take as well as what I could get with my budget. They were so professional on time and I could not have a better result. I loveeeeee my kitchen and I will be using them in the future for more projects. They communicated with me well and hit deadlines they promised. I can't thank them enough for there work. I was expecting a headache and it wasn't that at all. They took care of everything. Now let me get to cooking in my kitchen.

I have nothing put positive things to say about this business! I looked up a few other companies and saw this one had good Yelp reviews and am so glad I went with them. They're professional, have a great team and did an amazing job with my office restoration! They are timely and handled the entire process very professionally. As far as general contractors go, you're in good hands with these guys!

Everything was done in a timely manner and all my questions were answered and understood. I also stayed within my budget and was blown away by the quality of the work. As my first renovation Rex GC made it simple, fast, and everything ran so smoothly! The work was very thoughtfully done and you can tell how thorough and professional the job was. I absolutely LOVED the work these guys did on my kitchen, living room and bathroom. They were very professional, but also very transparent on what shipments wouldn't arrive on time and what steps could be taken in the main time.
They made our little "fixer upper" into a dream home, and at a price that didn't leave me feeling robbed and ransacked. Such a great company - they get the job done, no B.S., no fluff.

We are so happy with the work of A plus design and remodeling! They pay attention to the details and do such quality work. Alfred anticipated issues that might arise and thought of things that we might need in the future. We have a toddler and Alfred always kept that in mind on every step of the remodel. For example, he made sure the right railings were installed to make sure a little one could not get stuck or injured, and took the time to have them re-done when he saw that there was a small gap at the end where a toddler's arm or foot could get stuck!

Their work is very well done and the remodel looks beautiful. We still get compliments from random strangers who pass by our house. There are little touches that make such a big difference, like the paving stone driveway or the matching ironwork. Alfred has a good eye for making the entire job look unified and well-planned. We get asked about our house so often that we keep a stack of A-Plus business cards by our door! I want to get this review up, but when I have a chance I will add pictures so you can see for yourself.

Overall, Alfred and his team were very easy to work with and everything was very upfront. We were very pleased with the transparency Alfred operates with, and he really stands behind his work! He quickly took care of any detail that wasn't quite right, even things we never would have noticed, like the gap in our guardrail. We can't say enough about the integrity of this business -- such a relief because you hear remodeling horror stories all the time. And as the ultimate review, our friends have also used A Plus and have been very happy. Props to Alfred and his team! Best home remodeling contractor!

I found this company through the great reviews I saw on here and yelp, and am glad I did! I needed some help with a bathroom remodel and with painting and installing new windows.

I was more than satisfied with the work done in my bathroom, exactly what I had imagined for my bathroom! Lovely work, not to mention right within my budget, very fair cost.

The painting and windows, though much less extensive than the bathroom remodel, was another task completed so well. Needed a new splash of color in my master bedroom and family room, and a little touch up on the exterior of my house as well, and it was a wonderful job done. In addition to that, the new windows I got for my living room were installed perfectly, unlike the last company I went to that improperly installed my bay window and led to condensation within it - very frustrating to say the least.
Would highly recommend this home remodeling contractor to anybody needing work done on their home!

I’m a home owner living in what I intended to be my starter home. After sixteen years, guess what??? I’m still in my starter home. I figured if I was financially unable to upgrade to a different home, I could at least upgrade the home I’m in.

Not only were their proposed designs for my kitchen remodel very creative, they were very modern and offered at a very reasonable price including materials and labor.. AND THEY FINANCE. Rex General Contractor brought my kitchen into the 21st century.

A client asked me to research the BEST local home remodeling contractor for a rental property he had just purchased. He wanted someone with both imagination (property in an “artsy” neighborhood)… and, an outstanding work ethic to bring the project in on-time and on budget. As an income property with multiple investors, there was no messing around here!

Well… I did what we all do… Google, Yelp, personal recommendations from friends/associates PLUS my instincts. In the seemingly endless search, I happened upon Rex General Contractors.

My first POSITIVE impression was their website Homepage! “Kids who played with Legos”… “Pillow forts”… “Pretty much still doing the same but more grown up projects”… LOVED IT! Honest and straightforward. I next moved the cursor to About… “No long story / no list of beliefs / a team with qualities and work we’d rather SHOW you”… INTRIGUED! Services & Projects… By the time I finished, I picked up the phone! SO HAPPY!!!

They showed up on-site, on time, as agreed. They gave 2 versions of the Estimate for the Duplex bath & kitchen remodels to my client – both were workable and ON budget. They were nice, they were smart, they were creative. My client HIRED them immediately.

Today, I had the opportunity to go to the property and view the results for myself. In a word, AMAZING! Every detail was finished to spec… and with perfection. Apparently, Rex General Contractors still embraces other qualities from their past… SERVICE & INTEGRITY. Call them. You’ll be happy you did!

I wanna write a review to thank Rex General Contractors you guys are life savers for relieving my stress after coming home finding my bathroom and hallways flooded and it ruined my walls and sink got molded. I booked a appointment and they came out shortly after and cleaned up and fixed everything back like new again. Not to mention the prices was affordable after calling around to other companies. Appreciate you guys professionalism and even leaving a fresh scent smell afterwards. I recommend anyone to use you guys services due to the quick services. Thanks bunches

I am a huge fan of Rex's work. With so many general contractors in Los Angeles it is hard to narrow down to the perfect choice. Although I have not met with all general contractors in the Los Angeles area, I find it hard that there would be one that can top Rex! I only have good things to say about my experience with Rex General Contractors. I was a bit nervous going in as it was my first remodeling job but the team guided me along the way and answered all my silly questions! :) I wanted to make the bathroom of my dreams, like a spa and they helped me bring this vision to life for an incredible rate!!
I was quoted by 6 contractors before them but none felt like the right fit until this home remodeling contract came along. Thank you guys for your awesome communication, timeliness, and execution! I'll be back when it's time for the next project.

RexGC made out kitchen remodeling a breeze. Great communication from the get-go. Very accurate estimates of time and cost. We have a fixer upper with an aging interior, and they were able to transform it into a very modern looking room. They matched my wife's functional needs and design requests while still keeping our cost needs in check. We are happy with the results and have received many complements on the refreshed look. Great flooring as well. They introduced some design elements that we wouldn't have thought about, which was a nice touch. We are happy with them and recommend them as a home remodeling contractor.

Amazing company to work with! The friendly Rex employees came out to my home and made the entire home remodeling process so easy! I had a kitchen and bathroom remodeled. They came out to my home and inspected the areas and then sketched out the possible renovations.
As I was very nervous about making changes to my home, the team at Rex made me feel comfortable and excited with the new renovations.
