Antique Stove Heaven is a life saver... Incredibly knowledge people... incredibly nice people ...they saved my stove....Let's just say I wish I would have taken my stove to them first it was worth the drive and the time....Thank you so much I can't recommend you enough.

I think we paid $4k to have our Chambers Model C restored here a few years ago and, throughout the process, most of the people we interacted with were rude and unprofessional. We were eventually notified that our stove could be picked up, so we rented a trailer, drove it from AZ to CA the next/same day, and backed the trailer into gateway of the narrow alley behind this shop. We arrived to find that our stove was still disassembled, still had porcelain cracks unrepaired (on the door and the thermostat handle), and was not really ready to be picked up. The guy responsible for loading us up spent more time talking about his cryptocurrency than making sure our expensive parts would return home with us in good condition. When I pointed out the still-damaged porcelain spots on the oven, he went into the shop and came out with a nail polish bottle of porcelain paint and crudely smeared it over the damaged/chipped spots. He also sent us home with the re-chromed griddle plate and burners haphazardly stacked on top of each other such that we got home to find them scratched and dented. Once home, after driving from LA to AZ on Thanksgiving, we come to find out that the plate on the bottom of our stove has been swapped with a different one and the broiler plate lift mechanism no longer works. For the record, the broiler lift worked when we brought it in. I was going to let all of this go because it's unpleasant to relive the experience with this shop, but I now find myself communicating with a different stove repair shop to buy replacement parts for the broiler lift that is still broken and which I will have to fix myself. Deborah was repeatedly rude to my wife and me on the phone despite our real efforts to be nice to her, though I did find her to be nice enough in person. I'm bumping this score up from one star to two stars because the work that they actually did do appears to be good. However, they charged premium prices for shoddy, substandard work and poor customer service. I almost forgot to mention that we were smelling gas in the house after hooking the oven up and fortunately, a thorough technician from the utility company was able to identify the leak as a loose hose connection on the back of the oven. I am sure that the people at this shop deal with wealthy/discourteous customers, and I am sympathetic to that. However, we treated the staff at this shop with sincere kindness/respect, paid them a lot of money, and in return we received incomplete work and unsatisfactory service.

Made one appointment and waited 2 weeks for them! Called me day before the appointment just to tell me they only had a window at THEIR convenience
I rescheduled letting them know when I could be home and to change the appointment for me.
Did it again! Called me last minute to again schedule me when it was convenient for them.
What happened to customer service???
Were they going to pay me for my time?
Rude! When I told them that I had specifically asked for after 12 noon!

Repair of 1978 Caloric gas range. No one could or wanted to repair my range that did not ignite gas for burners. I called numerous appliance shops. The Caloric was either too modern ( only gas, no electronics) or not modern enough (can't get parts,
buy a new gas range) Antique Stove Heaven shop and tech were confident and capable. ASH sent a miracle craftsman who in a half hour repaired the stove for a very reasonable service charge+ parts... Windsor communicated clearly and consistently, called.. .before .. arrived as promised.

We had our O'Keefe and Merritt restored. It came with the house we purchased. Friendly place reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place

We had some issues with an antique stove, and the team was able to help us restore the early 20th century relic! And, advised us how to upgrade a few features to ensure it stays firing properly. You get what you pay for here. Top notch service that is still working great. Highly recommend this antique stove repair service.

These people are Amazing!! Charming, easy to work with and phenomenal craftsmen! They brought my 1950s era O’Keefe to like-new condition; fresh chrome, new porcelain, repaired or replaced hinges & burners … it’s better than buying new. Angela, Deborah, William … (and several others) are dedicated professionals and O’Keefe groupies extraordinaire! It was rewarding and fun to work with them.

I highly recommend them. If you don’t already own an O’Keefe & Merritt stove, go out and buy a junker; then bring it to them and watch magic. (Or take the easy route and buy a refurb from their showroom.)

I would never ever hire this guy again!!!! I lost about $20, 000 just because he can't get the job done properly destroyed my flooring!!!!
