We recently completed our project we started in July 2024, the workers were great and friendly , I feel like the materials they used are even more than what we expected to get in our budget, the only thing that took a bit more time was the city permits, we had to do 1 correction but once we got the plans approved the team start working right away and didn't waste any time!

We originally met with Chai to discuss an ADU but also had some other renovations we needed completed. Although we ended up deciding not to do an ADU, Chai and his team completed the other renovations which included removing a wall, moving electrical outlets, drywalling, and paint.
