I use these guys for everything Stainless Steel! They are patient and always willing to custom design products for just about anything my small business might need. From small to big projects, there is nothing these guys can't do. Thankful to have them in our neighborhood.

We bought a Chinese Professional Wok burner with hot water pot last 2 months.The burner is big and they packed good enough. When the driver asked us to sign for a good condition, we did not see gross damage and we have signed and accepted the burner.
After installation and hooked up with water supply, we saw the water leaking under the wok burner. The plumbing was not checked carefully before they shipped. I called the salesman and he mentioned to tighten the union. We tried to tighten but we saw something was not right to tighten. We found the union was broken as in the picture.
I emailed the picture and the salesman sent us 2 piece of unions. This plumbing job involved the welding and I showed to a plumber. The plumber said it would cost me $175 plus tax. We informed them but they neglected my email. Then the manager emailed me they could not fix the problem because we signed the good condition. We have no choice to pay the plumber to fix the problem which is not our problem.

Carlos is very professional & does very high quality work. He has done excellent floor tile work & drywall repair for me over the last few years. I highly recommend him for your project. He is also very responsive & courteous.

once the install started the crew was professional and careful making sure everything came out perfect pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work we received we’re extremely happy with the results and will definitely be using Gold Home Remodeling again and recommending them to friends for kitchen or bath remodels

If you're thinking of buying a house that this company had even just a partial involvement in I would strongly recommend hiring a qualified inspector not associated with this company to do a thorough inspection from top to bottom

I bought a house from kb homes William pointe Seffner fl 32584. After closing I got lot of issue to fix but kb homes didn't care.tin my house have key hole or looking glass but kb homes mechanic made appointments twice and i had took off from my job to stay homes. Kb homes is unprofessional. but no body comes to my to fix..kb homes is unforhomes don

I would NEVER recommend buying a house from this company. We think this company and their warranty is a JOKE. Our experience turned into a nightmare after KB was getting ready to leave our community and we submitted our first warranty claim. We have a slab crack running from one side of the house to the other. We also have ceiling issues and a long list of other issues. There are several websites against this company and news story after news story on youtube! This company has left us so incredibly frustrated that we are telling everyone possible!

From the first meeting with the Sales staff (where they LIED about open space, trails, warranty coverages, customizable details, and more) to the final date of our warranty coverage (where things were STILL undone due to uncooperative trades and an unwillingness of the warranty personnel to do their job), this was the most frustrating home-purchase experience we've had. They used excuses to cover their actions, incompetent trades-people, sub-par-to-poor materials, and they complained to us, continually, about how busy they were. The cost of our home far exceeded what we THOUGHT we were paying due to having to cover many warrantable issues ourselves both before AND after the warranty period was up. We will NEVER purchase a new home again, and will be very aware of WHAT COMPANY has built every home we purchase going forward. Avoid this company. They are lying crooks on a good day.

Worst builder ever.
You buy your house and once you close they are done with you, even though you have 1 year to point out any defects and they are supposed to fix.
Submitted a claim for something I brought up in the final walk through, and was never fixed. Then the pandemic happened and they wouldn’t do any work inside, understandable. They are back to doing work inside, but tell me it is now over a year and isn’t covered anymore. Even though my claim was submitted before the year was up.
Never buy a KB home.

Their Oak Creek development in Escondido, CA has destroyed a once quiet rural neighborhood with 65 Rancho Bernardo style tract houses in a gated community. Cutting down numerous old growth oak trees for the development. Building on polluted land and lying to the existing residents. Please research Chattum Barrel Yard if you're thinking about buying here.

Additionally it has been over 4 and a half years for them to widen less than a half mile stretch of Felicita rd. The contractors they hire are destroying original residents front yards by knocking down mailboxes, cars being hit by construction vehicles, digging holes in front yard without permission or warning, blocking residents driveways with "improvements" to the road, and the constant dust and debris we have to deal with everyday. They also hit a power pole which sent a steel guy wire into our elderly neighbors back yard damaging their home and knocking out internet. That could have easily killed someone if they were in harms way. ATT had to come out and replace the power pole.
They also hit our main water line 3 different times stopping water service to the entire neighborhood. Felicita Rd has also been shut down in one direction for over a month.

No apologies or compensation has been offered by the contractors or KB Homes to any of the neighbors dealing with this mess. KB Homes is an absolute joke and should be ashamed and embarrassed.

Our family entered into a contract for a new construction home based on the model home presentation. The only modification we requested was an increase in ceiling height. We were verbally assured that this change would not alter the overall aesthetic or alignment of the home.

At no point were we informed that raising the ceilings would materially change the window placement and interior proportions. We were not shown revised elevations or interior renderings demonstrating how the modification would affect the final appearance.

Upon seeing the completed structure, the interior layout and visual proportions differ significantly from the model home that formed the basis of our purchasing decision.

When we expressed concern, we were informed that no changes could be made and that our earnest money deposit would be forfeited if we chose not to proceed. In addition to the salesman being dismissive and laughing at the situation like it was not big deal.

We believe this situation stems from a lack of clear communication and disclosure regarding the design impact of the requested modification. We are seeking a fair resolution.

They used materials that don't have weird smells. The air inside feels really fresh and clean.

They built a lot of our ADU off-site. This meant less mess in our yard and better quality.
